Ordered thru the app, and asked for the coffee cake NOT to be warmed, drink was ready when I arrived, coffee cake was not and when it was, it was steaming HOT!!! Guess they couldn't read this morning....

This place every time we come is dirty, has odd employees with no manners, they don’t fill the drinks all the way only 2/3 and so much more! The environment is always awkward and the drive through is complicated too. If you live in kernersville and “have” to have to Starbucks obviously this is the one other than Target. But I’d rather go to Target! This place is such a disappointment and of all the Starbucks we have been to us one of the worst!

I usually go to this Starbucks as it’s close to my house. I usually have a great experience here. People are friendly and my order is correct. However, this morning I went to this Starbucks and as I was ordering, the lady taking my order wasn’t very kind. I ordered three drinks and three sandwiches. First two orders were the same drink and she only put 1 drink on the screen (didn’t realize this until after the order was complete, driving to the window but I was clear that I said 2 ). The other drink I had to repeat myself for what I wanted in the drink. All the correct ingredients were on the screen. When I came up to the window, I asked her if she got the second of the first two drinks. I understand there’s miscommunications or people can’t hear clearly when ordering. That’s totally fine. But she rudely argued that I didn’t order two drinks but she could add the second drink if I wanted. I said yes. I paid. She brought out the first two drinks and the sandwiches. Each time she did, she either didn’t say anything or she said “here” very coldly. She had a irritated look on her face and it felt like I was inconveniencing her. When I received the last drink, it didn’t have half the ingredients I ordered as it didn’t even have it on the sticker and it wasn’t filled up all the way, and it wasn’t the size that I ordered. When I told her it wasn’t what I ordered and asked for the correct ingredients and size, she took the drink and returned with a new one in less than a minute with the same sized drink and no sticker and didn’t say anything. It still wasn’t what I ordered but left anyways. Throughout this whole interaction, this woman was rude. There were no apologies or a kind farewell when handing me my order. I understand, people have off days, especially when working food or retail. I work retail. But there’s no reason to be rude when the customer is trying to be pleasant to them, even when they’ve made a mistake.
