My wife and I just stopped by this location after doing some shopping in Walmart. Found no one in line and placed an order with two young ladies (one with purple hair and the other with red braids). This is pretty much the best part of the whole trip. We ordered a foot long tuna and a six inch ult bmt with extra salami. The young girl with braids started helping my wife and I got the other girl. From the start you could tell they didn’t want to help. From bread selection they were rolling their eyes and saying things under their breathe. They cut open the bread tearing it, to where it was barely hanging on to the rest of the sandwich. I asked for a new one and was told it would be alright. As she continued to make my sandwich the toppings weren’t on the whole sandwich so I asked if I could get lettuce on the whole thing and she said I was starting to piss her off. At this point the manager was there and saw that we weren’t please with sandwich and asked what was wrong. I said well half my sandwich is hanging out and I asked him how I would even hold it. So he looked at the girls and they said they weren’t remaking it and that we were asking for too much. So he actually went back and remade the tuna for me. As a truck driver subway is one of my good to spots but never had this level of disrespect. Not sure if they were in the back chilling on their phones and we ruined their down time but it was clear from hello they weren’t excited about helping any customers. This attitude was clear thru out the whole location, as it was dirty (table uncleaned and full of trash), and the product for topping looked gross (far from fresh). I actually felt bad for the manager, as you could tell he knew this experience wasn’t up to subway standards but he couldn’t say anything. Please don’t stop here if you are looking for Fast, Fresh, or Friendly service because y out will be sadly disappointed. And subway, if you actually read these comments, get this poor manager some help. It’s clear he wants to do a great job for his customers but his hands are tied with crappy employees.

This is usually an ok Subway. Today, I wanted a Coke. While there, I got a couple of other things. When I went to get my Coke, it was out. I went back to the counter. (It wasn't busy) The young lady said there was nothing she could do about it. I can't believe they don't know how to change the Coke mix.

Came in at 8:05 and asked if the store was open, (store said 9pm close but gate was only open a foot.) and employee just sighed and shook her head. Her name tag just said “not the manager”. We got in the order line and employee continued to ignore us and wipe the counter for 5 minutes right in front of us. Finally looked at us to take our order and huffed and puffed the whole time. Also told us lobby was closed at 815 (which might be true, but idk.) I understand having a long day and being tired, but that’s never an excuse for being blatantly rude to customers. I shouldn’t have to apologize for ordering at an open restaurant that has an hour until close.

Lady was really rude, she obviously has no experience in customer service. I politely asked if they were open at 8:05 she just huffed and nodded her head. Proceeded to wipe the counters while we stood there waiting for a good 3 minutes. She huffed and puffed the whole time making our food. If you’re going to work a customer service job and want customers to come in you should start hiring people who can do their job. Date of experience 9/30/2024 8:22 pm.

I shopping at Walmart every week,so when I finish shopping I go this subway store every week.It looks like the employees change ,the new employees is not kind like before,she talks very fast that I can’t understand ,so I try to ask again what she said ,then she just leave me.

This subway is located inside of Walmart, making it a convenient place to snag a quick bite to eat without additional stops. We've been here a few times and always see different employees. The staff has been professional and kind. Our subs have been made correctly and the ingredients taste fresh. I love that they have an ICEE machine. Large open dining area can accommodate a ton of people and still not feel crowded. There is a bell, in case the employees are busy in the back. We always get 2 foot long subs and usually pay less than $20 total, tax included.

Arrived to the subway at 8:30 pm, and as I was walking up to the entrance one of the employees with straight eye contact tried to close the gate before we made it. So I walked faster to say “don’t you guys close at 9” he then tried to look at his phone to double check. But I showed my phone of the time of 8:30 pm. He then rolled his eyes and said “fine come on”. I understand that sometimes you want to leave work early if possible. But to close a restaurant down with 30 mins still to be open is unprofessional. A lot of people get off work at 8 pm and rely on using that last hour to grab some quick food before everyone shuts down. And I don’t think we deserve to be rushed to make a order after our long days of work we just finished as well.

It was a bit slow yesterday, but usually this subway is quick and makes great subs. Get either 6-inch or 12-inch or a wrap. Your choice of meat, cheese, and fresh vegetables. Grab a bag of chips (baked available) and a drink. A 6-inch ham or Turkey and baked Lays makes a reasonably healthy lunch.
