They gave me the most worst sub I have ever had from Subway. I ordered the All American club. The sub came sloppily made with no bacon and not toasted. This has got to be the worst experience I have ever had from Subway. I don’t recommend this Subway to anyone looking for good food.

My partner and I just had the worst subs from Subway that we have ever ever eaten. The whole sandwich both of them were a complete and utter wreck. Starting with the bread being hard as a brick to everything that went on it. Some things were left off. It will be quite some time before we ever visit or order from that Subway again.

Ordered a meal a couple weeks ago to be delivered because I was sick. Of course the Subway on Nelson was closed because their hours were ridiculous so I was forced to order Door Dash from South Main St. Food came and didn't have my chips and drink. Tried to call but the phone just rang. No one would answer. Needless to say I was very upset. Subway needs to get it together before this one closes too.

I visited Subway on a very busy day, and I was so impressed with the staff. Even though it was crowded, everyone was super nice, helpful, and very attentive to customers’ needs. They noticed little details, stayed on top of things, and made sure everyone was taken care of. The food was fresh and delicious, with tons of great choices. Excellent experience all around!”

The worst customer service I’ve ever received. I walked in and was immediately met with dirty looks from the women behind the counter yet again, took .3 of a second to figure out what I wanted and she had an attitude and rolled her eyes at me. I was actually blown away. you are working directly with the public, you should learn some level of decency. I would be humiliated if that’s how my employees were representing my store. And this isn’t a one time thing- I’ve experienced it and had several of my own customers say the same thing and that they will never go to this store. It’s a shame.

Everytime I do an online sub order and pick it up it’s wrong. I even was waiting for them to make it today and all my subs had lettuce and spinach… I have dietary issues and cant have that. Tried to call them no one answers the phone. This seems to always be the issue, second time this has happened. Curious if I can speak with a manager if anyone decides to answer their phone? Mind you I eat here almost 8-10 a month….

I've been to this location at least 3-4 times. Today, 5-19-2025 near the noon hour, the mens restroom had overflowed with wast water all over the floor. Worst of all, there was no 'Outof Order' or 'Closed' sign on the door The staff was informed but did not respond to the notice,.
The two ladies that were there the other night it was right at closing time but they didn't make me leave. They let me order my sandwiches and also another lady came in after me 0 they said they were closed she just wanted to get a couple sandwiches for kids. They let her place her order. Also my sandwich became too soggy for me so I took it back the next day and these 2 ladies were here again and they replaced my order no problems.

There were two ladies working today when I came in for my large order for my New Year’s Eve party. Both of them were absolutely wonderful and had a great attitude and accommodated my request. Highly recommend!

Came in here at 6:20 after going next door to the golf lounge. Not even close to closing and the staff was horrible particularly the girl in the photo with arrow posted below. All four of us were in line to order and they were using brown lettuce that was already towards the bottom. She simply asked if they had anymore lettuce and the girl in photo sighed hard as she grabbed another bin of lettuce from the fridge. Then when she put it in the serving area she rolled her eyes hard at my girlfriend, I was also going to need more fresh lettuce when I ordered also! I said something to her about the eye roll and Emma working didn’t help with the situation either. She was going to continue to top the brown lettuce in her food. So we told them we are leaving and all four of us went to Jimmy John’s instead. Don’t bother here, go somewhere else. We didn’t come in last minute either, it’s not like it was an hour or closer to closing. It was 6:20. Will not be back after this

Food is good. I showed up on 11/12 at 8:40am and they was closed. I thought they opened at 8. Maybe it's a mistake on the time?
Subway App charged my credit card but store owner would not prepare my food because their system wasn't working. One employee had an attitude. One employee was nice.
