I've been to this location at least 3-4 times. Today, 5-19-2025 near the noon hour, the mens restroom had overflowed with wast water all over the floor. Worst of all, there was no 'Outof Order' or 'Closed' sign on the door The staff was informed but did not respond to the notice,.

The two ladies that were there the other night it was right at closing time but they didn't make me leave. They let me order my sandwiches and also another lady came in after me 0 they said they were closed she just wanted to get a couple sandwiches for kids. They let her place her order. Also my sandwich became too soggy for me so I took it back the next day and these 2 ladies were here again and they replaced my order no problems. Keep up the good job ladies👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

There were two ladies working today when I came in for my large order for my New Year’s Eve party. Both of them were absolutely wonderful and had a great attitude and accommodated my request. Highly recommend!

Came in here at 6:20 after going next door to the golf lounge. Not even close to closing and the staff was horrible particularly the girl in the photo with arrow posted below. All four of us were in line to order and they were using brown lettuce that was already towards the bottom. She simply asked if they had anymore lettuce and the girl in photo sighed hard as she grabbed another bin of lettuce from the fridge. Then when she put it in the serving area she rolled her eyes hard at my girlfriend, I was also going to need more fresh lettuce when I ordered also! I said something to her about the eye roll and Emma working didn’t help with the situation either. She was going to continue to top the brown lettuce in her food. So we told them we are leaving and all four of us went to Jimmy John’s instead. Don’t bother here, go somewhere else. We didn’t come in last minute either, it’s not like it was an hour or closer to closing. It was 6:20. Will not be back after this

First time trying out this location today. I ordered through the app for in store pick up. The order was ready when I arrived. It was lunch time so it was a little busy. The staff was friendly & helpful to navigate me because I did a mobile order and didn’t know what steps to take. They left it yo me to grab my chips a drink. I ordered a 6 inch meal. Chicken bbq but switched out the bbq sauce for sweet teriyaki. I added smashed avocados. I couldn’t taste that much but the other ingredients, pickles, lettuce, onion and all were very tasty. Drink was a fountain drink and the small bag of Doritos were fresh. I’ll order here again
Doors say open at 8, I double checked. Someone was inside, but at 8:40 lights are out and doors locked. When the employee saw me they quickly walked to the back room. When I have gone and they were open the food was as good as any other subway

This place is great. I wanted Subway after another local store closed at 4, so I came here and got my usual. It tasted fresh and was well constructed and not super messy. The place itself is well run with nice staff and a spacious interior. It wasn't overly spotless in terms of cleanliness but it is not noteworthy otherwise.

The-Kernersville location on Main Street never opens at 8am as advertised. I stood at the door where the person inside could see me and he never acknowledged my presence nor did he come to the door to let know what time the restaurant would open. It's now 8:20am, Wednesday- June 26, and I'm still standing outside the door. I knocked on door and was totally ignored . What type of customer service is this. If the store opens at a later time-then advertise it! Google and the signage on door indicates opening time at 8am. Still standing outside 8;30am! Door still locked. Man inside still doesn't acknowledge me standing clearly at door! Sorry way to run a business and manage it as well!
