Bought two boxes and two other items. They put all of the food in the same bag so by the time you get home half of it is smushed and your food is busted open.
I've given this location so many chances, but I always leave disappointed. My order is always missing something or off in some way shape or form. The Staff are nice, but I swear only one person is actually doing any real work. The dining area is never cleaned even though employees are just standing idle. Take the hint that the parking lot is always empty for a valid reason when every other restaurant is packed full...
Wrost Service. I was wait for 30 min in lobby they’ll are so rude & never ask me why am here I ask twice to cashier can I place order or Can I do it online she’s walk away then I ask another guy who working in the kitchen he said it will be next then again I wait like more than 5 mins terrible customer service

A Taco Bell full of teenagers that don't want to work, I'm sitting in the the parking lot right now and they cannot be bothered to answer the phone while nobody else is in the restaurant, but employees sitting in the Drive-Thru gabbing showing tick tocks to each other. Apparently the idea of a Taco being a open object that needs to be wrapped in its entirety before thrown into a brown paper bag and handed to a customer is a foreign concept. The entire staff needs to be fired and new competent employees need to be brought in, not high school kids who don't want to work and get paid for nothing
If I could give this place a zero I would. They need a new crew. Staff was rude. Place was dirty and it took 20mins to get our son's order. Manger did not offer to make things right. Never Again !!
I've gone here multiple times. Each time I leave mad. This was the final straw. They don't close until 1 am. I placed an online order at 10 20 pm through the mobile app. I go to the drive thru. Nobody answers me for 10 minutes. I drive up to the window. I see workers. Who completely turn away as I drive up. I had already paid for my meal. Had to cancel. Go to the other taco bell on south main. I've gone before. Had items missing. I had no cinnamon on my twist. They are horrible. Save yourself the time and money. Drive 2 miles down the road and avoid this disaster. I've complained online. In app. Called the store. Never been contacted back. Worse taco bell I've ever been too.

I just got back from Taco Bell and I just had a life-changing eye-opening and just wonderful experience and it was all because of Donnie. Donnie was just a wonderful person who helped me out when I really needed it he was really there for me at my lowest when I was not sure what food to get. I was unfamiliar with the menu and I would just very loosely describe the food and Donnie would know exactly what I was talking about. He really knew what he was doing and he just changed my Taco Bell experience forever. I wish I could bring Donnie home with me. Donnie deserves the biggest raise. I think he should get paid millions of dollars per hour. that’s my Taco Bell experience.
I’ve been to this taco bell a couple times now and the customer service sucks!! this one lady told us to “pull up” in a very rude way, no please no thank you and we waited for 15 minutes while 7 other cars go there food in and out. i’m very disappointed at this location every time i wouldn’t even give them a 1 star.
Reasonable prices and great food to eat.
We decided to come to the Taco Bell after waiting an hour at cracker barrel to be seated only to sit 10 more minutes and no one came to wait on us so we got up. We walked to your establishment thinking it may be better but it wasn’t. Let me say that 2 or your employees were working their butts off. The other 2 or 3 weren’t. After about 10 to 15 minutes of waiting on our food and seeing them continue to make drive thru orders and not ours plus a guy that ordered after us get our food I said something. I was just asking why they kept doing drive thru orders and not dining room orders. The one guy who was one of the two working very hard said hey I’m not gonna argue with you. I wasn’t trying to argue I just ask a question and wanted my food I just spent 30 dollars on. I was told later that he was the manager on duty. So it seems like we may need better training on how to handle situations with your management. We I finally got my food the girl just pushed it to me, no sorry it took so long or anything. I read the reviews before I put mine on here and it looks like management and District supervisors are looking at reviews because they are all the same on nothing seems to be getting any better.
$2.99 for a meximelt, and I get this. Where's the meximelt?
