Had several missing toppings and wrong meat. When I asked for a replacement I was told I was wrong. This was a kiosk order, I'm not sure how you get that wrong.

IF I COULD GIVE IT A 0 I WOULD. THE ABSOLUTE WORST PLACE BY FAR OF ANY TACO BELL IVE EVER BEEN TOO. NOT ONLY WAS THE SHELL OF A CHALUPA HARD BUT ALSO MISSING TOPPINGS. WHEN CALLED THE LOCATION THEY HUNG UP FOR EXPLAINING THIS ISN’T THE FIRST TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED AND I BELIEVE ITS UNSATISFACTORY FOR THIS SERVICE THAT CUSTOMERS PAY FOR TO THEN GET HOME TO EAT IT. PATRICK IS WHAT WE WERE TOLD WAS HIS NAME WHICH ALSO WOULDN’T TELL ME THE GENERAL MANAGERS NAME TO SPEAK WITH TOMORROW. I have tried this Taco Bell several times now and each time it just gets worse and worse. My taco tasted like straight chemicals (and this isn't the first time), something is not right at this location. PLease beware going to this location - the food here is NOT prepared correctly and the staff could care less.

Very inconsistent! They might close early some nights but no one comes to the window to tell you. Or have the lobby closed some days still nothing. Or you could wait 30 minutes for a simple order. Not dependable

I have gotta the cravings box from there about 3 times and every time the meat or something inside the crunch wrap is rotten i was really happy they opened so close to my house but the food is the worse food iv ever got from taco bell they need to be inspected really soon

Got taco bell and the Catina tacos were poorly made. The cheese wasn’t even melted on the taco shell. The just put some shredded cheese on the side on the shell and wrapped it up. EVERYTIME I go to Taco Bell the forget something and I constantly have to tell them what they should’ve put in my bag. This time I got it door dashed and history still repeats itself. I was gonna let it slide but it he’s tacos look a mess and poorly made overall. Tired of this. Do better.
First off, I love taco bell, but last nights food was ight. I mean the taco's was great the Gordia Crunch was amazing. But my cinnamon twists... they were horrible tasted like someone threw up and spat in my food. (Cinnamon twists) Also they prioritized the DOOR DASH Orders over drive through orders. (P.S Change the fryer oil when making cinnamon twists please!)

Overall decent experience, no complaints, save for the app saying an item was there when it was longer in circulation.
My order was correct and complete. The food actually looked like the pictures on the menu, which was a first. My only complaint was that the Mexican pizza was not edible, but that could have been a me problem, not a Taco Bell problem. The rest of the food was probably the best Taco Bell I've had in years.

Sunday 6/23/14 2:30pm pulled up to the drive through the girl taking orders told me I had to come inside because they were short handed. I parked my car went inside then she was talking orders at the drive through, I stood at the counter for 10 minutes without being acknowledged or anyone attempting to take my order so I left and drove to the location in kernersville went through the drive through within 5 minutes they handed me my order and I asked them how many people they had working there at that time and they said only three people,same amount as they had at pecan Lane location. From now on I will drive a little farther and go to the one on main Street in kernersville for the better service
This is a relatively new location and is right off the highway. The staff is courteous. Plenty of parking and easy to find.
