On February 25th, 2024 I went in to dine in. Got to table, opened my food, looked at my taco and there was a hair! Took it up to front asked another associate for manager, he asked me what was wrong. I told him I found hair in my food and I wanted to speak with a manager. Manager came, he was apologetic. He fixed it.On March 19th, 2024 I went through drive thru ordered the new Crispinada box with chips & nacho cheese and Pepsi. I got back to work and the chips were not in there. I called and spoke with manager, Antonio, he told me to come there and let them know I spoke with him. He said he will have them make the box over at no charge.March 20th, I go back and get the box. Drive thru expediter tells me to come in. I told her I could not come in due to time frame. She repeated herself and I repeated myself and asked for manager. Never got to speak with the manager. The young lady who was at the drive thru was not friendly. She shoved my food out the window and as I drove off starred me down.I spend a lot of money at Taco Bell. I love Taco Bell. I guess I will be finding somewhere else to spend my money. Too bad I have to give a star.

Do not go to this location on Sunday evening. I went at 4:00 and they told me that they were out of tomatoes and asked if that was ok…what do you say to that.I wanted to say how ridiculous that was, given there is literally a nice Food Lion across the street. No excuseI ordered a Bean Burrito and it was by far the worst one I have ever received. It was not warm, the cheese wasn’t melted and the beans were dry and crumbly.I can’t say that I won’t go back to Taco Bell because when it’s good - it’s great!Please do better

I've eaten here several times. A couple of times have been reasonable with the wait, but 2 have been literally over half an hour wait to get your food. Today was 40 minutes from the time i ordered 3 regular tacos and a potato taco. The drive through was humming right along but myself and at least 4 other people waited 35-40 minutes. Not even a "sorry you had to wait"The staff there seem to hate working there and are pretty much always rude. They were arguing amongst themselves today.Somebody needs to actually manage this location.
The past 2 times I have been they were not busy but it took over 10 minutes to get my food. The food was good but speed was pitiful.

Horrible service for the 53rd time. I'm done with this Taco Bell. Was so bad, that I left with no food. Had bunch of people there illegally on 4 wheelers, who were all pissing by dumpsters. They were so busy serving them that they couldn't serve anyone else. ????

I went through the drive through after my shift at a haunted house. I arrived at 1 am.The staff was SO upbeat and friendly for being open at 1am and were quick with my food! They are simply the best!
