What’s the point in being able to order online if I still have to wait another 30 - 45 minutes once I get there? Food hadn’t even been started on , don’t take online orders if you aren’t properly staffed.

This is the absolute worst Waffle House I have ever been to. First time I placed a to go order it wasn’t ready after placing 45 minutes in advance, then I was told it would be another 30 when I arrived and it was an issue to do a refund because no one knew how.
I’m up here again now, 4/6/2025, placed a to go order over an hour ago, asked for no onions on two items and both have onions. Now I’m waiting for it to be cooked all over again, asked for a refund, was told it’s already on the grill so I said okay, then I hear her call the order out after telling me it’s being cooked. This trainer obviously has some beef with her fellow waitresses, then kisses A to customers in the most non genuine way for their lack of prompt service. Waitresses are running around in here like they can’t keep up with anything.
If they can’t keep up with normal day to day customer service and cooking, it makes me doubt they are staying on top of other duties such as cleanliness.
Update: just got my order that was redone, still wrong, missing an item.

Waited 30mins for a place to sit, not a problem at all irs Sunday morning. Sit down to servers standing in front of us arguing over who was up next! I don't care, can I just have a beverage lol then they sort out who is helping us, we start ordering and are told "Oh yeah, you guys can't get waffles. The waffle iron got burned by a co- worker, so no waffles. " Well couldn't you put a sign up or say something when you saw us standing there for 30mins?! I get things happen but can't you at least tell someone?! I won't try to go there again.

Ordered take out. Bacon was missing as was the slice of cheese for my grits. My husband picked it up and didn’t think he’d need to check since our order confirmation included those items.

Food was 1/2 burned, 1/2 undercooked, older waitress was very rude and was making statements like "that hasn't been cleaned in 3 years and that's why I bring my food from home" and "they don't pay me enough to clean and take orders, they've lost their mind", nothing a patron should hear. We brought it to someone attention and their reasons was simply "that's how it is sometimes" and shrugged their shoulders. Just a terrible atmosphere and food even worse.
