They have added a Belgium waffle maker, and I didn't know it. I had to place my order online, and it didn't ask me for a preference. After getting all the way back to work. The waffle tasted funny because I'm not used to it cooked like that. My hashbrowns were missing my chili. I tried to call, but they no longer have a phone ? so I had to go back up there. The cook told me that they had added a new Belgium waffle maker. And the girl forgot to add my chili. They were very pleasant about making me another one, the way that I like it ? ?

This is an interesting place to eat. Never know what you will get in there. I've seen staff engaging in fights with customers and each other, they shut the place down and fought over who is washing this dishes, and this last time, the most recent, the server was nodding off and under the influence.

This was the first time in quite a while I decided to get wafflehouse. And I had ordered a Texas toast bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich with hashbrowns with gravy on it. And I did it with the online ordering. My first time using it. And when I got home with my food. There was no gravy on my hashbrowns it was just a bunch of pickles and honestly just made my meal kind of gross. My only thing is please pay attention to what the customer orders on the online thing.

This place was very dirty and nasty.Not one clean table in the whole place. Food was ok nothing to brag about. The back of seat in our booth just fell off. I wouldn't recommend this one at all.

Let me start by saying I absolutely love waffleHouse. It's definitely one of my favorite breakfast places. Unfortunately this Sunday morning, I had a negative experience.It was rainy, cold, and early and my husband and I decided it would be a great time to go get WH and beat the breakfast rush. When we walked in, a very lackluster service member told us sit anywhere. We picked a nice booth in the front. I think we were there for 10 minutes and nobody acknowledged us. Nobody brought us a menu, nobody spoke to us, no drinks, nothing. My husband and I tried to pull up the menu on our phone and continued waiting for somebody to help us. Nothing. After waiting there and being ignored the whole time, we left and went down the street to Route 66 Kernersville Diner instead and had excellent service and food. Don't go here. Simple as that.
