I stopped by Zaxbys for the first time in many years. I wasn’t going to review them until I took the first bite. It was very good. I got the Kickin Chicken sandwich. Great flavor. Chicken cooked perfect and it’s a Monday night so I pretty much had the place to myself.

Update: It is much better if you go inside and get things fresh! I'm just saying. We figured we would go in and see if it was better and it was. Don't get it delivered go to the drive-thru or go inside. It was very clean, and the staff was friendly. Glad I had a better experience. Updated pictures as well. The loaded fries were great! The strawberry lemonade also.

I'm not sure how much I paid for these meals and wings it was worth it.
Chicken tenders were the best part. Fries did somewhat stand up to the Uber delivery time. There was NOT 1 DRUM IN ALL THE WINGS WE BOUGHT! HMMMM??? We bought 2 wing meals and an extra set of 10 wings.. That was unnecessary. Texas toast was toasted ONLY ON 1 SIDE. And the staff forgot my slaw. Hopefully, it's better in the restaurant.

Normally I have no trouble with this location, but the past few times have been not so great. I don't know what changed but I had to go back twice and it wasn't worth it a 3rd time. I went through the drive through. My order: GARDEN Zensational salad; Extra egg roll; large fry; peach tea. First try: got on the road, checked my fries, they looked used, old, sat under the heat lamp for while type of fries. (Maybe you all use an air fryer now for your fries now?) I kept going bc I'm on lunch. I get home the salad had lettuce, 2 egg rolls, That was it. So I did what I didn't want to to do for fries which was go back. I went inside, explained what was wrong. Same salad but with the correct toppings, and stale fries again. It wasn't worth me trying a 3rd time. Total $18.98 + 2 trips= I should have stayed home and prayed

Stopped by here after a round of disc golf down the road. Food was good but was packaged while way too hot. Got the fingerz family pack there was alot of melted styrofoam under the pile of chicken fingers. But they were very tender and tasty just worried about eating styrofoam.

Food was delicious. Hot and fresh, delivered to me quickly. Staff was very pleasant and courteous. I love the quietness or maybe it's peacefulness every time I go in it's almost settling to come from outside and walk into this place you just relax. I have never been disappointed with any of the food or any of the staff and I would highly recommend a visit to this establishment.
