Been to 48 states trying every top rated bakery/candy shop/coffee shop possible this place.....OMG the Poached Pear and Marscapone Danish is too die for! Had to go back for a second one. Haven't tried the Sticky Bun yet but I'm sure it's on point. Drip coffee was good and strong. They don't miss here, neither should you!

Tuesday morning a friend called me and said she was stopping at Proof Bakery and if I wanted anything. I said if the have plain (no filling) beignets I would like 2, but if not to get me 2 doughnuts. This place is dangerous! I came in hungry and wanted to eat everything!! Settled on the Caribbean jerk sandwich, dang tasty!!!! That Bavarian cream-filled donut was stupendous..

I was so happy to finally visit this place. Can't wait to get back.
