filled out a customer form over a week ago. have yet to get a reply. is it common to just ignore such issues?
I called Papa John’s at 10:20pm on my way home to place a carry out order. I was told they were only doing delivery so I pull over and get on my app and placed my order for delivery. I get home expecting my pizza to arrive shortly after. At 10:56 I received a notification that my Apple Pay balance had changed. Even under pressure the customer service is great. Definitely the best pizza in the area.
