We ordered 12 different plates and the portions seemed inconsistent. I do not recommend the shrimp option, I swear it was Bumble Bee Tiny Canned Shrimp. One order was wrong out of the 12. House dressing and sauces were great. Would like bigger containers of the hot sauce. The to-go containers were not that great either, two of them opened up unexpectedly and dropped all over the table.
Would not eat here again. Despite living so close, was hoping for a quality Asian restaurant to get takeout from. Well, carry out alone for two hibachi plates was over half an hour wait. It would have been worth it to go to University Parkway and eat at one of the restaurants there, but we decided to take a chance. Before going, I saw the reviews about the small portion sizes and since they were from a while ago, I thought maybe they had improved. They did not- it was NOT enough...read full review

I'm giving it 4 stars because there are quite a few less than stellar reviews, and one of the common things seems to be the amount of food. I got a hibachi chicken to go. There was less food than I normally get at other Japanese restaurants. It was good and they did give me 2 cups of white sauce. They were small but i didn't run out. That was a plus
