238 Cherokee Grill Reviews
I ordered an adult chicken strips meal. The chicken shrimps were as small as index finger. Never have I seen such tiny tenders! All 5 of them were that way! This restaurant has really gone down hill!
If you want to eat at an establishment with a waitress named Emalee who has an EXTREMELY RUDE attitude, water that tastes like mold, horrible management then boy do I have the place for you!!!! Cherokee Grill 238 is complete JOKE of an establishment. My in-laws and my family ate there tonight and let’s just say we will never be setting foot in there again. It all started with the water we ordered. When we took a sip, it tasted AWFUL. I mean the fact that they have bottle water...read full review
Their service was terrible and their water tastes like dirt. They should tell you that the water is bad before giving it to you. They charge you for a kids drink even though the menu says it’s free. I would highly recommend staying far away from this place.

238 Cherokee Grill offers a mixed experience according to guests. While some found the sides to be lacking, others enjoyed the steaks and hamburgers, labeling it a hidden gem. One visitor was let down by the dry smothered chicken and Mac n cheese, though the friendly staff made up for it. Another customer's sirloin steak was cooked rarer than expected, but the meatballs special was a hit. The restaurant has potential with a spacious bar, though consistency in food quality might be an issue on certain days. Recent reviews highlight friendly staff and good recommendations from servers, such as the smothered chicken. Customers also enjoy the variety of menu items like the Philly cheese steak, burger with toppings, and chicken egg rolls, which are favorites. However, some experiences with to-go orders have been disappointing, with food like chef salad and Brunswick stew not meeting expectations, being described as runny and poorly prepared. Despite occasional inconsistencies, many guests appreciate the welcoming atmosphere, good music, and the chance to try different dishes.
