Jessie is immature and shouldn't even hold a position at this location. She's absolutely horrible and other reviews prove that.
Horrible customer service. Delivery order was incorrect. Called the store the agreed to correct issue and redeliver in about an hour. 2 hours later I finally got through to store again to just request refund. Manager called me a liar when I told her what I was told. I requested a refund from her. She said I cussed her so I was no longer allowed to order from there and hung up on me. Papa Johns Pizza is a great place with delicious food served hot and quickly. The manager, Jarrett, is good at understanding and fixing customer concerns. The new night manager, Drew, works hard to make sure customers are happy, even staying open after closing time. Although there was a small problem with a missing delivery driver, the staff handled it with embarrassment and apologized a lot, offering discounts for the inconvenience. Customers appreciated this gesture and gave good tips. The staff works hard to serve the community, and their efforts are noticed and valued. The delivery driver, Dave, is very friendly and always on time, and the staff members, including Keyonta Wallace, are kind and helpful. They enjoy their work and treat customers well, making this location a recommended place for pizza.
