It seems like this location struggles significantly compared to some of the other locations in the surrounding area. I think the people at this location work very hard but the wait times are honestly ridiculous. I've placed several orders ahead of time and have even scheduled with extra cushion time. I always tip well. The past few times I've gone, their drive thru line is out to the road and I have to wait 15-20 minutes to get my order, no exaggeration... and the last...

This is an ideal spot for locals and is a great, roomie, stop for those traveling northbound, wanting a break before dealing with Charlotte traffic or after clearing Charlotte traffic.
Couple of tips: Traffic is one-way at this stop. If you’re coming off I-85, whether northbound or southbound, you’ll need to take the first entrance into Starbucks. If it looks crowded or the drive-through is busy, just drive around the back of the restaurant to the parking...

The drive through worker was very friendly. This is a weird thing to leave a review about, but my lid had a very strong body odor smell to it. I just took the lid off and drank it without, but I feel like it should be shared as a heads up.
