This place is terrible not only to work at but also to be a customer. Paid for bacon kings, then told there was no bacon. Told them to make the sandwiches without the bacon. Took 20 mins, drove home and they didn't pu the fries in the bag. Drove all the way back up and asked for a refund, waited twenty mins and was told they couldn't do the refund. Told them to just remake the order and had to wait again.

2024: this is still entirely accurate.Compared to this place, the Burger King of Shelby is a Michelin starred experience... Slow, rude, and something is usually missing. I want to like it, I really do. Getting to the one in Shelby is irritating... But the one in Kings Mountain doesn't want my business, or anyone else's it seems.
