Ice cream is great. Product is spot on. The customer service is severely lacking. I greeted staff twice, and was met with just stares. My order was wrong too. We're the only ones there at the time.

It is a great little ice cream shop and delightful shoppe that offers awesome ice cream with huge scoops, yummy sugar cones, and a few more flavor options would be welcome. They also serve specialty coffee that is rich, delicious, and made just right, along with a selection of baked goods. This includes not just cookies and cakes but unique treats like cream horns, cannolis, buckeyes, cheesecake, Oreo brownies, and 7-layer bars, all with huge portions. Everything is fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with love.
The shop has lots of variety, competitive pricing, and options for adults and kids. It is space and kid-friendly, and even dog-friendly, offering a pup cup. The service is great with friendly employees and wonderful customer service; they are able to accommodate special requests. The inside is great with plenty of seating options, including outside seating. There is wifi, a shelf of board games like Clue, and it is a perfect place for a fun and relaxing experience. It is highly recommended and the kind of local place that instantly becomes a favorite, though it is a little hard to find and not well marked from the outside.
