This Bojangles is great the food was wonderful the staff and customers always so friendly however one morning was a bit tense as a group of older teens came in and were VERY LOUD AND RUDE ABS SAYS SOME VERY MEAN THINGS TO AN OLDER GENTLMAN IT MADE ME WANT TO CRY FOR THE OLD MAN AND NOBODY THAT WORKED THERE SAYS ANYTHING TO THIS TEENS!! IT WAS JUST A TENSE GUT CLENCHING MOMENT UNTIL THEY FINALLY LEFT. IT WAS THE ONLY TIME I WAS DISAPPOINTED IN THE STAFF

Stopped by this location while traveling was kinda in a hurry to meet a deadline in Greenville. I ordered the big fish combo. For some reason I got so I time my wait times at drive thru and it took fourteen minutes to get my food. Im thinking while waiting that boy it's going to be hot!! The fish sandwich was room temperature and the fries were really hot. I guess they made the sandwich then drop the fries. Over all the food was good!!

The last few times I have stopped at this location, the food has been so good, but tonight the food was chef's kiss! Fries were fresh and cooked to perfection, the biscuit melted in my mouth, and the tenders were so good I burnt my tongue because I couldn't wait for them to cool down. 🫣 The manager, Michelle, was so nice when I went back in to tell them about the awesome job they did on my food tonight! I even pulled over in the parking lot to enjoy it because in no way was I going to try and drive home and eat this amazing food on the road. I savored every last bit in the parking lot! Keep up the great work and I'll drive there each time I get a Bojangles craving! 😊

They always have hot and ready fries and I love extra seasoning and they always hook me up
My wife and I went to Bojangles yesterday for a 8 PC Box and 1 Supreme Dinner and it's sadly to say that the chicken wasn't done all the way and the Supreme Dinner only had 2 fresh Supreme and the rest was dry and old. Bojangles really need to do better.

Need new workers because food is never hot biscuits are under cook. They have you waiting for 30 minutes and still get your food wrong. Fries under cook and over season and you can't eat them. One star will not be appropriate for the service at this place.
