My wife and I went to Bojangles yesterday for a 8 PC Box and 1 Supreme Dinner and it's sadly to say that the chicken wasn't done all the way and the Supreme Dinner only had 2 fresh Supreme and the rest was dry and old. Bojangles really need to do better.

Need new workers because food is never hot biscuits are under cook. They have you waiting for 30 minutes and still get your food wrong. Fries under cook and over season and you can't eat them. One star will not be appropriate for the service at this place.

At 945a.m. I ordered ham& egg biscuit& tea, when I got food it was NO WARMTH to this biscuit. Had to warm it up at home. This is ridiculous, I dnt stay that far . It's sad u hv to pay your money for cold food. I'm limiting my visits. Usually there is no problem.

The manager always has an attitude, also the dining area staff. They are not too friendly. The food is ALWAYS cold. This Bojangles needs some serious work honestly. Possibly better management? But they really need to stop serving cold food. No one wants that. Also burnt items. If you know you wouldn’t eat a cold supreme or fry, why sell it? Also with the dirty rice. Once it starts looking mushy and cold…. Who do you really think wants that? And adding water to it really makes the rice lose its taste. That doesn’t do the trick. Rice should be on every 30 minutes correct?

I visited the drive thru today. I ordered a 4 piece supreme. The chicken was fresh, hot and delicious. The fries were trash. They were cold and rubbery.

Cinnamon twists I ordered were fresh, often times with other Bojangles I get some that have been a little bit stale or the glaze would be hardened.
Overall great experience for a smaller establishment.
Can do a lot better My food was old ? and I didn't get everything I ordered ?

Once I walked in I see the atmosphere was very welcomed and very calm. Soft Conversations was all over the place....loved it!!!Now ,THE EMPLOYEES IF I MAY SAY,....THEY WERE THE SAME WAY. There was no loud talking, NO playing around. Theysɛoke softly to one another and much respect was given to each other. The young Lady that took my order was very respectful and gentle with her listening and calling the order thru the mike. SO I rewared her with dollar. By the time I got to the other end the other YOUNG Lady had my food already baged and called it out gently,not harshfully!!!I sat down to eat my Grilled Chicken Sandwhich and my GOD, IT WAS NICELY PREPARED ....SOFT TO THE TOUCH AND THE CHICKEN WOULD MAKE YOU SLAP THE PASTOR....LOL!!!! VERY GOOD ALL THE WAY. THAT GRILL SANDWHICH NEEDS A SPECIAL SOUCE FOR IT TOO....WORK IT .I GIVE EVERYONE ON THIS MORNING TEAM AND STAFF 10 STARS HANDS DOWN!!HAVE A BLESS DAY TO EACH AND EVERYONE. I WILL RETURN AND THATS A PROMISE!!!!SINCERLY,THE BISHOP
