Taqueria Michuacan #2 is a hidden gem taco truck that serves incredibly flavorful and rich Mexican food. The quesabirria tacos are a must-try, with juicy, tender beef, gooey melted cheese, and perfectly grilled tortillas. The consommé that accompanies the tacos adds depth to each bite. The burrito is huge and the chicken suegras is amazing with a crispy shell. The salsa is delicious as well. Customers love the food and the friendly service, making it one of the best places to eat. The experience of grabbing a quick, fresh, and hot lunch and enjoying it outdoors is wonderful. Although the truck wasn't there for a while, the return was celebrated with amazing food and a pleasant time.
