Great drinks made by the amazing and beautiful Linda and our Amazing and beautiful server Alyssa was so awesome. She was patient and sweet with our little boy! Thank you so much.

Great place for a wide variety of sauced wings. No naked versions though, if you are counting carbs.

Hostess was on point and so very kind. My waitress Alyssa did an outstanding job. Food was very good.

This place is awesome. I love the bone in wings x hot. There salads are fresh and crisp. The garden salad has leaf lettuce cucumbers 3 different cheese and bacon. The 3 chicken fingers dipped in x hot is amazing. Love this place the lady bar tender is so nice. She works so hard.

Understaffed for sure. Wasn't greeted for 10 minutes, and it wasn't even crowded. Never put an order in... 😒 You can do bettet.

Visited this establishment, it was a long wait to be seated, after being be seated. The waitress named Megan, was very frustrated, stressed, upset, and she did not appear to be happy to have be at work, she was running in & out of the kitchen, taking off her jacket , throwing it in the booth stating to herself “ I need to get my life together “ I’m not sure what she needed to get together the restaurant was not packed. After taking my order it was still a very long wait , by that time I had drank my drink , when the food came out my food was not even lukewarm, due to the time granted & it’ had already been a hr. Before I finished half my food , she brought me my tab, I had to ask for a to go plate , after she gave it to me I asked for a refill , which I never received.. proceed to check out, OVER ALL SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE !!! Another member of the group order was incorrect , wrong drink & meal which was just accepted so we didn’t have to wait longer. A half hour later circling around only a post of fb had went viral where she posted online about my service. Upset because she didn’t receive many tips ! HORRIBLE ATTITUDE & WORKER ! I would have to say that we usually love East Cost Wings and Grill, but we have been back to this location in Kinston three times now and have been disappointed each time. I would have to say the very first visit here was pretty good because of the wings. The service at this location has never been very good. There is usually a longer wait and the waitresses tend to think they work at hooters. One waitress in particular seems to always wear shorts that show way to much of her bottom area. It's one thing if we bring our family to hooters with the expectation of what they wear but evertime we come here, the same girl wears the same inappropriate clothing. We normally always get the boneless wings. However, every time we get the same flavor but it's never the same and the wings tend to be way overcooked and dried out. The bathrooms have been nasty the last three times coming here and so have the tables we eat on. The place doesn't look busy with customers but the time it takes for service and food to come out would make you think that the place was packed. There is one lady that is very nice and respectful every time we come in and it's the young African American hostess. She is always so nice and sits us fast with a huge smile on her face. She has short hair and always is at the front sitting customers. She should be recognized because she is one reason we come back. The other reason we come back is because there are not many options for wings in Kinston and we have hope that maybe this place will train their servers to be more prompt with their tables, clean, and dress more appropriate for family outings.

I love the servers here. The people here are exceptional. Especially the bartender. She is friendly and outstanding at hospitality. She will greet you whether you are dining in or picking up the many to go orders that are always ready to go out. The folks here make this an awesome spot to visit anytime of day. Top notch attitudes and service. I can't thank you enough for what you do to make patrons feel at home.

We visited tonight as a treat that we don’t get much. We were VERY pleased with not only the food, but our service was exceptional. Madisyn was literally the SWEETEST server. Our glasses never got empty, we didn’t have to ask her for ANYTHING. She was on point, ahead of the game, and really deserves a raise. It’s hard to get good food AND service at the same time at a lot of places now, and she absolutely KILLED IT. They weren’t busy inside, but the pickup orders were SLAMMED. I literally cannot tell you how good it was. We will be coming back and we will be asking for her again. Quite honestly, she was the best server we’ve encountered in a long time.

85 cents bone less or bone in wings.. The staff were great today.. Food was on point… I love the ranch bottle… shhh I wanted to take it but didn’t lol 10/10

Yikes! First, I had a bug in my mixed drink. Then my waitress Bambi was literally a deer in headlights. We had to ask for napkins 5 times and repeat the order. The food was not that great for over $50 during lunch on a Monday. I won't be coming back to this location ever. ?
