Always the sweetest customer service. They are also really sweet if I ever bring one of my kids in there and they always have something extra as a treat to give them. Very impressed with the service lately and of course the food is out of this world amazing.

I think these guys deserve better reviews. First time I've ever eaten here and the food was fresh and really good. You never know what you're going to find when you open that container when ordering from one of these places for the first time. Sometimes the chicken looks and tastes more like mystery meat than actual chicken. This was really, really good and cooked perfectly. I had the hibachi chicken bowl.

Called in order did arrived at 7:52 doors were locked and lights were off and I was told that that they cleaned my food. Their door as well as online said they closed at 8 pm. Female that works there stated that she does not take phone calls after 7. Horrible service and bad customer service. Will never receive my business!

This place is terrible! I got 2 chicken and shrimp hibachi plates and she charged us extra for vegetables we didn’t even ask for will never come there again.
This place is absolutely terrible! the lady was rude and charged me extra for vegetables I didn't even order. I will never come here again in my life.

They have the best filet mignon with zucchini and onions I’ve ever had . Oh and the white sauce is second to none!!! Absolutely delicious however a bit pricey! For 2 platters with double filet it’s every bit of $40 but it’s delicious!! Also they are not open on Saturday or Sunday also during the week they close from 2 until 4 so sometimes it’s not as convenient as it once was. Just the same really scrumptious!

They don't half answer their phone. Prices have jumped up tremendously, but you get l as food than when their prices were cheaper. The customer service is very lacking...and now they're charging to use cards. I will just have to go to New Bern, Goldsboro, or Greenville from now on.
