My boyfriend and I have been to this place several times in the last two years and it NEVER disappoints! For appetizers my go to’s are the Crab Rangoon, Fried Calamari, and Sweet Potato Fries. The fried calamari is the best I’ve had over any restaurant including ones with higher price ranges. This is my preferred restaurant to get a seafood boil. I’ve had seafood boils from Hook and Reel, the Juicy Crab and even a really nice restaurant in Texas and they do not compare to Ocean Bay Seafood! Imma go ahead and tell you that if you’ve thought about trying this place but weren’t too sure, don’t sleep on them because you are missing out!!
As far as customer service goes, they are always very sweet and attentive throughout the entirety of our meal leaving us feeling welcomed and happy with the experience!!
Disapointed....came for some real seafood while traveling and got pre-breaded frozen flounder and shrimp...This is not seafood you could do just as good with a microwave and some gortons....They collected IN ADVANCE for the meal then had the gaul to put a tip line on it...The sides were in a small fridge proudly displayed on the front counter...I felt like we walked into another McDonalds. The atmosphere the pre payment sets up messes up the whole experience. Dont be fooled by the name of the business..
