Queen Street Deli is one of my favorite restaurants for lunch in Ktown. Wonderful variety of options and the sandwiches are great. Highly recommend The Kings Court w/ a side of fresh fruit. Turn times during the lunch rush can be a little long, but the wait is worth it. A must visit if you’re in the area..

I've never been to this place before, until about two weeks ago. A close family member was telling me all about this place and said I should definitely try it out because, who doesn't love a good sandwich! This place is amazing. Starting with the staff. The ladies up front are just so friendly. They are always smiling and welcoming their customers upon arrival. Misty, Belinda, Sarah and Fay are just so sweet. Customer service is very important and they are definitely on top of it. Now the restaurant is clean and very spacious. Plenty of places to enjoy your food. They even have books. Bring a book and swap it with something else you may want to read. For book lovers. . . Now the food! My little sister and I grew up deep in the south where we had a sandwich shop we loved to eat at. Since moving away we haven't found any worth bragging about until now. Queen Street Deli is officially the new go-to sandwich shop. I have literally eaten here four times within the last two weeks. And they are only open Monday through Friday. I've been exploring the menu. But my favorite is the Wood Ducks Sub. I switch the bread out for the multi grain, ask for no ham, extra turkey, just because I'm not a fan of ham. Just me though. Add onions and extra mayo and ask for it to be grilled!!! Talk about an amazing sandwich. My job ordered the other day and everyone loved what they ordered. They were glad I suggested it for lunch that day. They have plenty on the menu. Cakes, cookies, brownies, even premade dinners. Go check them out if you're ever around downtown Kinston or willing to take a little trip to pay them a visit. You won't be disappointed. And the prices are well worth it. . .

This is maybe the 3rd time I've visited Queen Street Deli and I have to say I have enjoyed my experience each time. I ordered a simple coffee with creamer on the side and the Bacon, Egg and Cheddar Croissant Panini. Whether you are eating in or taking your food to go, they have a book swap area to browse while you wait for your food.

The coffee, sourced from local NC roasters, was so smooth and delicious. No bitterness at all. You can taste the coffee berry in the brew and it was so so yummy. I ordered the Panini with scrambled eggs and it was also delicious. I would recommend checking their hours ahead of time, but definitely check this place out if you are ever in the area.

I was in town for work and a colleague recommended Queen Street Deli. We loved it so much that we went back for lunch three days in a row. The menu is extensive- highly recommend the tuna melt and caramel brownies! The service was also great. The woman taking orders remembered us and even when the line was 8 people deep, we didn’t wait more than a few minutes for our food. It’s a real gem. Will absolutely go back next time I’m in town.

I have only been here three times but in the three times I have been here I have been more than pleased with everything about the visit! I have had the BLT, Courthouse sandwich and the ham and cheese. The courthouse sandwich I definitely could have just ordered a half a sandwich because it was a beast of a sandwich!! Really good just a little too much for me!! But I loved the food and the dining experience was very classy for a sandwich shop!!

Was in Kinston on a business trip with my wife. First off the staff was great, I ordered the buffalo chicken salad the first day, it was really good (get the chipotle ranch). I had to eat there again the next day. We both ordered the Queens chicken salad sandwich, it was excellent! Wish we were here for more than 2 days. Will eat again our next trip for sure!

First, let me say the staff is really nice. This directed to the owner. Letting go they made no attempt to clear the recent snow from the sidewalk. $45 for breakfast for 2 before tip seems excessive. How does a breakfast place not have orange juice??
Lastly, everything could be cleaner.

Delish, great service, and a lot to choose from. Laid back atmosphere. My new favorite place! It cost a little more but well worth it because it's real food,no additives, and yes alot of food for the price.
