The food was great. But the service was not. Our waiter was hardly ever at our table (there were maybe 2 other families in the entire restaurant) . When we did ask him for stuff he forgot at least one thing , even after reminding him multiple times. He was a really nice guy though.

Had an issue with an item on the menu, the manager Kade came out to speak to us about it and then we explained why we were visiting and she went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Best ruby Tuesday we have been to in a long time!!!

This place is really a hit and miss. Sometimes you get good food but sometimes it’s money wasted. I had to pay almost $30 for two take out salads even after I explained that I was attempted to add the salads as one of the sides with the steak meals I ordered. She really couldn’t care less…
