Seems a little pricey, we spent over $30 for three ice creams plus never had a place limit to one scoop on a cake cone. The ice cream was really good though.

Customer service will not give you samples. Only between the hours 11am through 1pm. Also one of the employee’s gave us attitude. Also, too expensive.

Good home made ice cream, I had the peach my wife had the mint chocolate chip in a waffle cone. They were both good. They also have homemade chocolates

It was okay I got a hot fudge sundae but the hot fudge wasn't even warm. The vanilla Icecream itself was good. The vanilla milkshake was super thick my child couldn't drink it until it melted some. They was out of peanut butter sauce. They didn't have very many "speciality sundaes". Online it showed they had tons of icecream flavors but in the store they only had like ten that I saw.. nothing special here.

$11 for a milkshake that tasted like straight milk. No ice cream flavor. Not good

Really great ice cream, but a little pricey. Almost $7 for a single scoop.

They refuse to give samples before choosing ice cream. Sorry fellas if we can’t try we won’t buy.

They do not have soft serve. They do not offer samples. The ice cream we were served had freezer burn.

Loved the Chocolate Mocha! Lots of peanut butter ice cream varieties too.

Awful experience, 2nd time here and the customer service is lousy . They lie to your face about having milkshakes and then make it for someone else when they are not as busy. Awful service . Tried twice , won’t try a third and we are 13 people everytime we come here . Lot of money out the door.
This was conveniently located where it was close to the water. Besides homemade ice cream, they also had fudge along with a bunch of different candies. The service was appreciated as the line moved quickly. I went with a cup of banana and Reese's pieces. The scoops were very generous. Both of these flavors were very "heavy" and fulfilling which is what I like to see in homemade ice cream. The banana was tasty and what one would expect. I just did not like the several pieces of ice I had. The Reese's pieces was good as well with plenty of little peanut butter pieces that satisfied me. I also tried peanut butter cups and fudge. This was my favorite one. I thought the cups would be too big, but they just melted right into the ice cream which did not require a lot of chewing. It was really good. Will I go back? I would.

Big Bucks ice cream offers a wide variety of flavors, but it's a bit pricey at $8 for 2 scoops in a cup. The place was super busy, and there wasn't much room to wait, so I left. I might consider going back when it's less crowded.

The ice cream is good, but the wait is ridiculous. They had only 2 people on staff working their hardest, but the owner needs to do a better job with having more people. 50 minutes for ice cream. Pathetic.

The milkshakes are just straight ice cream in a cup, good luck trying to drink it. They didn’t even specify the flavors they put out, all they do is set it on the counter and they’re done. 0/10.

Advertises they have soft serve but they do not. Disappointed to drive there to find out. Update your website please
