Terrible service
Wednesday, November 27, 2024, the waitress had terrible service, in a bad mood she did not appear at the table, my husband had a hair on his plate and the waitress was upset and would never return there

No bar drinks as they lost their.license! Outside of that, it was very good

food was so delicious and everyone was so friendly to us :) we were visiting obx but it tasted just like home 🙏🏽

Do not eat here! They used to have good Mexican food, but no more.
Today they had just opened at 11:00 AM, being the only people there, we were served old stale chips.
I ordered half sweet/half unsweetened tea, it was soured. Since my husband's sweet tea was fine, it had to be old unsweetened tea. We told the waiter who took my cup, topped it with more sweet tea, then asked how it was. Seriously! Adding more sweet doesn't make the soured tea unsour.
The worst was the rancid chorizo! I ordered a chorizo taco, took one bite and almost threw up. My husband took a tiny nibble of it and also about threw up. The meat was spoiled. The staff was argumentative over all the above. My husband invited them to try a bite of the chorizo for themselves and they refused. They must have known.
Absolutely terrible!
They also do not have their liquor license anymore for some reason.
When we left an hour after arriving, we were still the only patrons. Others must already know how bad it has gotten.
We will not be back!

Ordered a Margarita and was told by the waitress that they aren't allowed to sell alcohol. Also, per the menu, menu you get one basket of chips free, after that it's $3 per basket. No other Mexican restaurant I've been to in obx charges for chips.

If I could I would’ve left a zero star review. Our server was extremely rude and not accommodating at ALL. She rushed our orders and was rolling her eyes at us the whole time as we were asking questions about the menu. She was arguing with us about HER getting our order wrong and treated us like we were a burden. If they didn’t charge a service fee I would have NOT tipped her at all. Very disappointing. The girl had lavender hair with dark roots.

The Texas Fajitas are absolutely wonderful!!! Order was
ready really fast & food was delicious! Portion was very
large & contained a lot of shrimp, tender chicken & steak.
Included chips & salsa & some really HOT sauce. Fantastic
experience. I'll be back!!!!!

Stopped here to eat on the way home from a long uber drop off. Service was great. Was seated, served, and on my way in 45 mins. Waiter checked in many times and food was great. Would definitely return if I'm ever back in the area.

A real shame how bad this place has become I still try it every once in a while just hoping it'll be alright but I never even had my drink order taken after half an hour when they were dead

Waitress could have paid more attention to the order. Brought the wrong drink(asked for Strawberry flavor but got Raspberry)& wrong food (for one of us). We were too tired to send it back.
