The food was amazing. The music was so loud we were yelling at eachother and still couldn't hear. We asked to have the music turned down and they were happy to oblige. The whole resturant looked relieved.

We waited almost an hours to get our food and the waitress was a lil bit rude and the food portion was really small, I ordered some fajitas and they usually come with rice, tomatoes, avocado and lettuce and it only came with beans.

So, high hopes! Our server seemed a bit indifferent but honestly, I'm not super particular. If the foods good, I dont need service with a smile, but the food wasnt good.

I got a combo meal, and my girlfriend got the chorizo mac. The chorizo slaps, but it was also Just craft mac and cheese instead of homemade, but regardless.

My combo meal had a Chile releno and a toastado -both of which were entirely tasteless. The black beans I'd ordered felt like they'd only been told campfire stories about walking five miles in the snow for sasonings. Also, unfortunately, there was a hair baked into the enchilada.

All in all, meh?

Seriously the best Chori Pollo. I love this restaurant. Happened to be in Kitty Hawk this year and was pleased to learn I didn't have to drive 25 minutes to the other location (because I would have). Happy attentive customer service, large floorplan with tall booths make your space feel private. My wife gets the quesadilla ramchera and its the same top-tier quality as everything else we have tried. Fair price for the food on top of it all. Definitely eat here!

Beware, if you want a large cheese dip (“32 oz”) which is definitely not 32 ounces, it’s $30!!!! Which is absolutely ridiculous

Good standard Mexican restaurant. Reasonable prices and fast service. Friendly staff. Tacos Al Pastor were good but no sauces served with them.

Worst Mexican restaurant on the beach.....dining room about a third full, waited a half hour for an order of nachos, no free refills on chips/salsa as 3 bucks to get more .....poor service regarding the waitress.....never asked to refill my drink.....won't be back, ever!

Very clean inside. Service was fast and good, we were out the door within an hour. Food was pretty good for the price and good size portions. Drinks were great. Definitely worth a stop if you’re in the area.

We did read the reviews but still went here thinking we would have better experience. Oh we were wrong. The lady that took us to our table was rude, gave me a look. It took about 15 mins before anyone came to talk to us. The waitress was nice, but she took our drinks order and didn’t come back until 20 mins later just to tell us they didn’t have one of the margaritas we ordered. Then it took another 15 mins to get our drinks. And the margaritas had no taste, I mean I couldn’t taste any tequila in it. Mine had only mango nectar. I ordered one of the dishes from the grill and when my dish was served, it looked like the cook just dumped all the meat onto the plate, looked very messy. Food was ok. But will not go back and will not recommend this place to anyone.

Terrible service
Wednesday, November 27, 2024, the waitress had terrible service, in a bad mood she did not appear at the table, my husband had a hair on his plate and the waitress was upset and would never return there
