The night manager accused me of not wanting to touch her hand when she handed me my drink and basically said it was because I’m racist. When I asked for corporate’s number, she snapped back at me and said that they were a franchise. She started giving me a number but then slammed the drive thru window in my face and refused to give me the rest. I then asked for a refund but they refused to help me with that as well.
