This McDonalds recently CLOSED!!!! We moved to the neighborhood BECAUSE IT HAD A TRUIST BANK, a dollar tree AND A McDonalds!!!! Little did we know that these stores and branches would quickly disappear!!!!!!☹️☹️☹️

Just a heads up before going inside to eat. There's no cashier. You have to use a kiosk to order. And then pay. and then they will start making your food. If you just stand at the register waiting. They will let you wait. After ordering and asking to Pay cash at the kiosk. You will need to again stand at the register. And wait for an employee who just stated she's not a cashier, to care enough to come take your money. I sat down after ordering at kiosk thinking I pay when I get food. Waited for 30 minutes. Before I was told how this all works. The employees there don't care about anything but drive through window time. Wonder how the quality of the food reflects that? F this place. go to Wendy's right next door.

They really need to hire more people and it is obvious that they have been trying to do just that. The indoor area was closed and only drive thru service is available. The quality is good, you just need to be patient. I wish them well.
This is by far the worst McDonald’s I have been to. My family and I stopped to get lunch by going through the drive-thru. The screen at the drive-thru didn’t show our order but we made sure to say the size of what we wanted. By the time we got our food our order was wrong, they left off parts of our order and gave us the wrong sizes. Not to mention they didn’t give us a receipt until after we had asked for one. When we said something to one of the employees they were snippy saying “that’s what they rung you up for”. They need some serious help in customer service skills and some extra help in the drive-thru…

30 min wait. over cooked nugz and fries, missing items from happy meal. They tried to give me multiple drinks I didn't order. And did not give a recipe or display my order. I dont even think i got a total when i payed. NEVER STOPPING HERE AGAIN.
