Wow — what a great experience at Spanky’s Grille! From the moment we walked in, the staff was friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The atmosphere is warm and inviting — casual but full of genuine hospitality. And the food? Absolutely delicious. Everything is cooked to order, flavorful, and clearly made with care. We’re repeat customers every time we visit OBX (which is multiple times per year), and Spanky’s never disappoints. We’ll keep coming back!

Amazing food,prices,service. We had the flounder dinner. Flounder filet,fries and homemade hush puppies. So good! Ordering was fast and food came out quickly and was HOT! We couldn’t ask for better. The price is cheap the food plentiful and the service friendly and the dining area was spotless.
