Chloe from The Spot made me and my friend Addie a secret bowl that was not on the menu. She also served a customer right at 8pm which was nice of her since that is the closing time. And she is a surfer like me which is cool. She was handling the entire store all by herself so I can tell she is a responsible, capable employee. Great job Chloe!

I was having a bad day and came across this acai place in kitty hawk, and it was so good!! Really great bowls. I want to come back and try a smoothie. The best part about it though was the service…Chloe at the register was so nice. She made me feel so welcomed and I could tell she was a hard worker. It’s nice to have this acai place with an awesome atmosphere. 5 stars

Milkshake was basically a $6.50 chocolate milk. The staff was rude and couldn't explain what an acai was. After paying for a root beer float, they told my daughter to pick something else because they were out which was a lie because there were 6 bottles displayed in their grab and go. The place was empty and no line, so there was no excuse for poor customer service.

Loved it here! The atmosphere is so beachy and cute! Food was great and fresh and served in a timely manner. The staff was so sweet and I got some of their merchandise. The only thing I will say is they need tighter to-go lids.

The two ladies working this afternoon were absolutely exceptional! One with blonde hair and the other with dark hair in braids, both displayed remarkable patience as we took our time deciding on our order. They graciously provided thoughtful recommendations and delivered superb customer service throughout our visit. Their kindness and attentiveness made the experience truly enjoyable. The food was not only served promptly but was also delicious. I will definitely be returning, especially for the unforgettable brown butter toffee ice cream!

The bowls are so good! I was kind of annoyed I got the avocado toast instead of the bowl, but my friend thankfully shared. The cold brew is great, too. I'm glad there are gluten-free and dairy-free options here.
