I want to start off this review saying our food was AMAZING! But the service was horrible, My fiancé and I visited 06/13/25 around 4:30ish and the place was completely empty only a couple of people at the bar though they could have been employees. We were sat and our waitress got us waters and then we ordered. Another person then walked in and was sat and ordered and while we were waiting for our food for probably 30 minutes this person who came in before us got their food a good 10 minutes before we got ours even though our order had been put in before this other guest had arrived. Our waitress only came over to check on us once and never refilled our water even after we asked. Again the food was great but the service was not up to par especially it not being busy at all when we dined in.

Our meal was very good. Our service was great. What I feel compelled to write a review about is of my experience with our server. I deliberately kept my receipt so I could get our servers name and leave a review. I accIdentally threw it out:(. We came in on 6/4 for a late lunch. I had been crying and it was obvious. I had received bad news earlier and had a difficult time shaking it. Our server sensed my day and made sure to be extra kind and personable. She was sweet, patient, and just plain lovely. She offered to buy us dessert to help turn my day around. Even though we declined, we were grateful to her for the kind gesture. In a world of far too many angry people, having a positive interaction with someone who exhibited pure kindness was reassuring. She was very genuine too. I appreciate her and want her to know that she did help my day turn around. Thank you!! I wish I remembered her name, but she was beautiful, tall with long black hair and glasses. Please give her a hug for me and tell her she's the best! Thnx

The chimichurri was just oil, onion, and peppers, definitely not Argentina type chimichurri as advertised, definitely guess work at best. The service was amateur at best as well, 2nd time and it appears to be the same in regard to what's on the menu and what's served, and again, the service was sub par. The weirdest part the cook ( not a chef) was very overweight and Hispanic so you'd think she'd know what it should taste like, apparently not so much.

Terrible customer service!! Servers didn't know who was in charge. The owner showed up trying to be an undercover boss. Before we could tell her the problem she got angry and started yelling. We never got drinks refilled, had to keep requesting silverware, because they wouldn't bring it. One order was never completed, but the owner wouldn't address this with us. Don't waste your time here!

The server did not know anything about the menu or the drinks. The hostess sat at the bar most of the time interacting with friends ignoring people coming in. We had to ask who the waitress was while waiting because she was hanging out at the bar. The food was good and tasty. The atmosphere is nice. I would eat here again but hope to service and the host is would be better trained

The good here was alright. Nothing mind altering. I ordered the Arepas. The guacamole chicken salad had way too much cilantro and could have been really good.
The pork belly was amazing. Just wish they were a bit softer.
Service was not great. Took 15/20 for our mixed drinks and never got checked on until we raised our hand for help.

Beautiful restaurant. The service was good but very slow. The workers are friendly but wear many hats. Drinks are good, food quality is good, but my sandwich was too salty, and the peppers not cooked well. Servers do need to pay attention to customers instructions. The music was nice in the beginning but when the DJ started, it became entirely too loud, and I could not converse with my co-worker without raising my voice. This place has the opportunity to be a go to spot in Knightdale but is it a club or a restaurant? When people are dining, they want to be able to have conversations, which is part of the eating experience. I have referred people to this this restaurant and their comment was the same, "I was enjoying myself until the DJ turned up the music." They got their check and left immediately. I witnessed this while dining as well - people being disturbed by the music volume. There are other ways to entertain with having your eardrums busted.

My first time going with my daughter it was delicious i had waffle egg and bacon it was really good the coffee and the service as well definitely recommend to give it a try. We will definitely be back .

I had the worst wings of my life at kitchen 101. There was no meat in the bone just fat. They didn’t even offer to take it off the bill. That was my first and last time at this restaurant‼️
