Terrible customer service!! Servers didn't know who was in charge. The owner showed up trying to be an undercover boss. Before we could tell her the problem she got angry and started yelling. We never got drinks refilled, had to keep requesting silverware, because they wouldn't bring it. One order was never completed, but the owner wouldn't address this with us. Don't waste your time here!

The server did not know anything about the menu or the drinks. The hostess sat at the bar most of the time interacting with friends ignoring people coming in. We had to ask who the waitress was while waiting because she was hanging out at the bar. The food was good and tasty. The atmosphere is nice. I would eat here again but hope to service and the host is would be better trained

The good here was alright. Nothing mind altering. I ordered the Arepas. The guacamole chicken salad had way too much cilantro and could have been really good.
The pork belly was amazing. Just wish they were a bit softer.
Service was not great. Took 15/20 for our mixed drinks and never got checked on until we raised our hand for help.

Beautiful restaurant. The service was good but very slow. The workers are friendly but wear many hats. Drinks are good, food quality is good, but my sandwich was too salty, and the peppers not cooked well. Servers do need to pay attention to customers instructions. The music was nice in the beginning but when the DJ started, it became entirely too loud, and I could not converse with my co-worker without raising my voice. This place has the opportunity to be a go to spot in Knightdale but is it a club or a restaurant? When people are dining, they want to be able to have conversations, which is part of the eating experience. I have referred people to this this restaurant and their comment was the same, "I was enjoying myself until the DJ turned up the music." They got their check and left immediately. I witnessed this while dining as well - people being disturbed by the music volume. There are other ways to entertain with having your eardrums busted.

I had the worst wings of my life at kitchen 101. There was no meat in the bone just fat. They didn’t even offer to take it off the bill. That was my first and last time at this restaurant‼️

Yesterday I had lunch at this restaurant, I had gone once for breakfast and I had a good experience but yesterday even though we were the only table in the restaurant we did not have good service, the potatoes are raw, the sautéed vegetables were almost raw; They never offered us more drinks, and the music volume was VERY VERY LOUD.

Very slow service. I had to ask them to pack it to go because they took so long seating us, standing around and talking instead of taking our order or checking on us. I ordered waffles with fried eggs over hard, bacon and a fruit cup. My bacon was raw and my eggs were runny!! Why ask how I want my eggs if you can't cook them the way I ask? Small and loud. You will be sat on top of someone else and be asked to move tables, to dirty ones that haven't even been cleaned yet and still hot from the people who just got up, if a customer comes in and requests half of the tables for their group. The staff also have a serious staring problem while one was wearing a belly shirt. How very inappropriate. Will not return! $16/person

Really good food. Delightful staff and service. I had the beef stew. When they brought it out, it smelled amazing. I had a drink with lavender, lemon and gin, I want to say it was called the Evangelista? Loved it. Can't wait to try their breakfast.
