Food was great but service is terrible cashiers stand around not helping ppl get checked out. I stood in line for 10 mins with only one person ahead of me they were having trouble with there order. Another cashier named Kimberly walked over and decided to call the worker who was in line behind me to come over and check out who was in line behind me. She checked him out and walked away. I asked her are you not going to check me out I’ve been standing here and I was ahead of the guy you just checked out. I told her that’s rude you should check your customer out before you check your employees out especially when they are ahead of them in line. I had to say something for you to check me out that’s not cool. She says okay! Yea no thank you I’ve been here a few times the parking is already somewhat a headache but the service was not cool at all today. We all make mistakes but it’s how you handle it for me. The okay as if you don’t care is enough to not get my money again. I’ll continue supporting the alpaca on capital blvd Knightdale alpaca do better.

45.00$ for a tasteless chicken, they charge for the cutlery and they don't put it in the order you have to go buy somewhere else until the paper, they don't put paper towels with pure fingers, you have to grab the food too much, the reference, I do not recommend it, long waiting time

I placed a large order to cater my daughters graduation. Alpaca came through with amazing food that was complimented highly by our guests. Best food we have had for catering, great portions and will absolutely order again!!

Clean location with fresh food!! That's the main difference with the other Alpaca locations I've been to. Other locations were a little run down and the food did not seem fresh. This one seems the best Alpaca location!!👍👍 Keep it up!!

They were good when they first opened. Now their expensive and they don't give you much food. Jerk chicken $14

Great food. Rice and beans always fresh. White meat chicken is always fresh. Green beans are delicious. Great variety of beverages that include spanish soda and regular american soda. Food is always hot.

Got uner eats. Recieved everything i asked for. 1/4 white meat, rice n beans and salad (green n yellow sauce on side). Everything was well seasoned, fresh. Would eat again, love it

The staff never seem to know what they are doing and they are ALWAYS out of green beans. That is not an exaggeration. 90% of the time I go here, I have to wait for the green beans to be made. I think it’s a little ridiculous at this point.
