Wait staff left several tables unattended and argued about who would work. The food was okay.

Wheelchair accessibility: There are inclines but the Wheelchair was able to get around fairly easily.

We were the first customers when they opened at 11am. The table and booth seat were dirty. Table was sticky and had food crumbs on it. The booth seat had food in the bend. The bathroom was filthy.The floors throughout the resturant was dirty with sticky spots.The waitress didn't keep our drinks filled. Then she also mixed up our burgers. That on top of that was crunchy burnt. I definitely won't be visiting here again. So disappointed.

I ordered the penne pasta with chicken. The chicken was tasty, but the pasta was over cooked and luke warm.

We went here for a quick and easy meal and it turned into a almost 2 hour wait. It took us an hour to get our drinks. When we ordered, the server told us not to order what we wanted. Then, when we ordered, we waited an extra 30-45 minutes. We finally asked the server what the hell was taking so long and if they had an estimate wait time for the food, and she replied that they had to “defrost the chicken” (our appetizer did not even have chicken in it). We saw other people who came in after us getting their food at reasonable times, so we just decided to leave. If you don’t have chicken out, you should make that discretionary at the beginning of us ordering it. If it’s busy (we went at like 9-10pm, it wasn’t that busy), you should tell the customer ahead of time so they don’t have to sit and wonder why they aren’t being taken care of. Overall, this visit was very unprofessional and I will not be returning to this Applebees.

This experience was absolutely awful at this Applebee's. We decided to give it another chance after last time the service being so bad. When you go in to pick up an order and no one makes any eye contact with you and literally won't help and then the manager just stands there and says he's going to bring it out but your food's just sitting there getting cold and you have to go back in and get it yourself. Horrible. Will never go here again.

I been sitting here for 30 mins and no one has came to serve me very sad or even give a bitc an appetizer…. Like a big bitc needa eat …

Good job considering it was Veterans Day. The place was full because of the free dinner offer, but as usual management did not have enough wait staff on duty. The employees present were really doing great job although they were really busy; running around like bees.

I did an uber eats order and asked for NO jalapeño or guacamole. They decided to add it anyways despite it saying to add none. You have no system to check ordered vs the receipt? Your workers in the kitchen not capable of reading them? I paid for extra queso, cheese and sour cream. I have more guacamole than sour cream and queso. I have ordered so many times from here but never again.

Went as a party of 8, plenty of seating, they weren't that busy and got seated almost immediately. Ordered appetizers and meals. Mozzarella sticks were good, probably the best thing we ate during our visit. Drink order didn't come, when we asked, the server said they were out and suggested an alternate, it finally came. Took a while for us to get our food, tables arriving after us got their meals and were checking out before we got ours. Unsure why but the salad was extremely watery. We love broccoli so almost the entire table got it as a side, it was not good, tasted old, and kids said it tasted like it was rotten. Ordered a steak, rare, it came out well done!
My restroom visit was interrupted by someone opening my stall door even though I locked it, lock was not working. Toilet water leaked from the top of the toilet, trash everywhere, and the bathroom smelt of sewage.
Haven't been to Applebee's in a while. I hope this was an isolated incident however I get the feeling it was not.
