Wheelchair accessibility: Not a lot of space in the dining area but enough to get a standard wheelchair through carefully. Bathroom doors are not too heavy to push open (I use my wheelchair legs to push it with very little force) but the accessible stall barely fits a standard wheelchair.
Spent 20 minutes inside before getting my food, customers came in and walked out after not receiving service and the employees laughed about it on multiple occasions within 20 minutes. Food’s disgusting. Place should be shut down.

11 minute wait for a reuben sandwich. Then the lady tonight tried to handle me two bags of food for the car behind me. I advised her that order wasn't mine. "What did you order?...A reuben...You got to understand we are busy." I understand, however I was the front of the line. And I watched them clear my order off the screen and then keep puttering around. Food-good; Service-Horrible.

Like most fast food restaurants the sodium intake is very high. I h6 a chicken sandwich.

Terrible food!!! Our family meal was almost $35. Roast beef in sandwich was chewy, my bread on my turkey sandwich was hard, the kids nuggets were so small and hard, they were practically inedible. All the fries were cold. They did not have the turkey reuben or jalapeño poppers I like. Very disappointing!!

I order 2 big beef n cheddars like there's no cheese on the sandwiches. I mean it's clearly says beef n cheddar, I'm so done with these lazy fast food workers, thanks for doing your job I mean come on Arby's like with!!!!!!!

I am in disbelief that I was charged $14 for these tiny (what Arbys considered compressed) chicken strips! The wild part is that these are considered chicken strips and not nuggets !!If you go here, just stick with sandwiches smh ?
