Customer service is terrible. I was the ONLY one in the restaurant and was not acknowledged for several minutes. Finally, I asked the manager if my order was ready. It was sitting there waiting for me to pick it up but was not bagged. I waited another 5 mins just to bag it. She and the other worker were doing nothing. Nobody in the drive-thru, no one dining, and no one waiting in line. And they wonder why everyone is next door at Chick-fil-a...duh

Shout out to the three crew members working lunch hour rush at Arby’s in KDale!
Our Arby’s always gets a bad rep for being slow, closed early etc. but we stopped inside to grab lunch on our way out of town (drive thru was actually very busy) and the shift leader Jewel (who is working the line) apologized for the delay as they were the only three working and they had multiple door dash and $50+ drive thru orders back to back… we just waited patiently and Marshall rung us up - they gave us a discount and apologized again. Ashaiyah was also working drive thru and fryers….
We appreciate y’all workin hard! Give them grace over here!!!

They try to charge me $6 for two large ice Waters. When I confronted her she rolled her eyes so I asked for the manager. The manager made it right but laughed the entire time like it was a big joke.

I got the new cheese steak and it had NO PEPPERS AT ALL!!! JUST MEAT AND CHEESE. It was tasteless. Never again!!!

This place should be shutdown #1 because The staff which should bring good service, here sucks(they dont greet and they look mad look like they dont want to be there #2 everytime i go there, no customers there. #3 giving wrong orders and wait time is long for simple stuff. Went thru the drivethru young guy took order, when i got to the window, waited 7 mins and they needed to take my order again, then when i got the order i told the guy it was wrong, the guy just left the window then other girl came to the window, assume the mgr, apapoligize and offered a refund. I qccepted and kept the food. Then weeks later went to pickup a doordash, waited a little on purpose knowing they wouldnt have it..waited anyway, waited in the parking lot for like 10 min(mind you, no other customers inside) went inside and still had to wait for the order!! This place wont last long especially chickfila is beside them everyone should be fired except for the cook. I really wonder how many incorrect orders in doordash folks complain about.

Just was told Arbys could not value this coupon that I just got in the mail. Wow! This was given to me and you all do not want to value it. No one wants to give anything free in today’s tight world. I was actually going to buy something in addition because it”I thought this was a good thing” NOPE. Plus I won’t be visiting again.No wonder this lobby empty.

Drive thru clerk(black guy) took my order around 1p on 4/6. I waited and another clerk showed up (white girl with braces) and seemed surprised that I had paid for my order which had not been made. Finally, she hands out my French dip sandwich. I leave and then realized the ham sandwich was missing. I go back to get it, same girl acknowledged the error but thought it was funny. I said she should give me something extra as a courtesy, she laughed and said they didn't do that. I was the only customer. The staff was goofing off . Worst service ever!

Waited 15 minutes for one ranch chicken wrap only for them to give me a cold honey mustard wrap that oozed out everywhere all over my lap.

Here for a doordash. Customer ordered one sandwich, no meal. There are three people working. No one inside. Three cars in the drive thru. Time is money. I've been standing here for quite a while watching one train the other, whom is new, how to make a sandwich...a turkey...sandwhich. this is not a 15 or 20 minute task. Get it together.
