I love Baskin Robins but this one is awful and should probably close down if they aren’t planning to improve the quality of service at this point. They rarely have ice cream and when they do it’s freezer burnt with ice chunks. Went in today and they said they weren’t selling any food (Dunkin side) and only had 6 flavors of ice cream to choose from. The workers are rude and lack any sense of urgency. Never a pleasant experience here

If I could give 0 stars I would. They made a milkshake with almost no ice cream and said if I wanted them to remake it, they would charge me twice and make it the same way. The manager said - refund her and tell her to leave and said that is how BR makes milkshakes. When I said that isn’t true, they said they were bought out by another company a year ago so this is how they now do it. They are incompetent and rude.

Sadly, this has become the worst Baskin Robbins I have ever been to. I've visited this store many times over the years since it opened, but in the last 3 years since moving back to the area...it is garbage.
You never know when they'll actually have ice cream. I went in to get a birthday cone, only to find their freezer was broken. Ok that makes sense. Next month ice cream was back, 2 months later...no ice cream again but no reason this time, 6 months later, they have ice cream. This is bonkers, if you sell ice cream....shouldn't you HAVE ice cream?? I tried to order a prepacked quart of ice cream on Grubhub only to be told my order was canceled after they made the driver wait for 20 mins before they told him they aren't selling any ice cream.
The ONLY reason I even try to get ice cream there is that they're the only place that has my favorite ice cream flavor, but after this last debacle, I'm done with them.
Their staff ignore customers, the place is always dirty, and they apparently don't even sell ice cream. Absolute ridiculousness.

Went through the drive through and ordered some ice cream and they said they're "not selling ice cream". I said, "oh, you mean like through the drive-thru? I can come inside!" And they replied, "no... like we're not selling ice cream." My husband and I looked at each other in shock. Isn't this an ice cream place? 😂😂 It's the same as saying a pizza place doesn't have pizza. Ridiculous and waste of gas.

Came here twice on different days and both times were told they were not selling ice cream.. smh how do you have ice cream but don’t sell it. At least put a sign on the door so people don’t waste their time

Awful service! No other customers, staff just standing around. I tried to order and was told that I could find it in the freezer. It wasn't there, then the worker didn't believe me and took her time to come out and see for herself. . So sad. Then I was charged for double bag and a cup of ice. Tsk, tsk...

I have tried to get cookie dough ice cream multiple times from this location. They never have the flavor I want and have to continue to get refunds. Go somewhere else for your sweets!!

I was told the franchise owner would contact me. I never heard anything from him.

Horrible service. Stood around for several minutes with no one else ordering and the employees acted like me and my two sons were not even there. Once serving us they acted like they didn’t want to and when asking about certain flavors/cones they just looked at each other and said no we don’t have that. Do not recommend coming here. Needs better management and customer service along with cleaning services. Bathrooms are disgusting, no soap in soap dispensers and the ice cream is not handled properly. Wouldn’t surprise me if this place stays open much longer.

First off, looking at other reviews, it appears the franchisee owners / managers of this location don't give a crap about customer reviews. That says a lot about why this BR31/Dunkin CONSTANTLY gets horrible reviews.This is the 2nd time I've been to this location. Previously, it was about 3 years ago. I've avoided it every since. But today, I "lost my mind". I had taken my young granddaughter to get a blood draw. To celebrate her being totally brave and not even flinching, much less crying, I wanted to give her a treat. I suggested a cup of ice cream. She asked for chocolate. We head to B&R31. As I'm pulling in, I remember how horrible their previous service was, but thought "That was 3 years ago. Surely things have improved".Nope.Just as bad and incompetent as 3 years ago. First off - How does an ice cream shop NOT have CHOCOLATE ice cream? So I ordered one scoop of vanilla with chocolate syrup. The person on the other end kept asking me if I wanted a cup, which I kept repeating. Then I asked if they had black walnut (something B&R very frequently carries 85% of the time). The person seemed confused like she never had heard of such a thing. Once she figured it out, she said they did not. So I then asked if they had coffee ice cream. The cashier told me a list of everything other than coffee ice cream. Once she came back to the POINT, she said no they did not have any coffee ice cream. I then asked if I can get vanilla in a waffle cone. She says they don't have any waffle cones.WHY are these people still in business?
