Went here for ice cream with my grandkid and there was absolutely none. The woman working there was too busy holding up the wall to even offer an explanation except, “We don’t have ice cream.” When I said, “But you’re an ice cream shop,” she just shrugged, so I don’t know if this is a permanent thing or not.

I order a medium cappy. That’s what they call it on the menu they have posted. The girl has no idea what I am saying and asks me if I am trying to order a happy meal. We finally figure out that I want a Cappuccino Blast. She informed me that they have no ice cream. Baskin Robbin’s has no ice cream.

My son in law just went in there to order milk shakes and because they were closing in 15 min they said they would not make any of them. They have no understanding of customer service and this place should close.down.

Basically, all reviews stating negativity at this particular location in Knightdale NC are correct! They do not have the items which match the menu board inthe drive-thru. To top the negativity about this particular establishment is they were not accepting cash today. Smh This is a quick way to go out of business. Save yourself the time and just go directly to the store and buy the Baskin-Robbins already pre-packed in containers. The young associates do not understand that if they don't have customers then they will not have a job much longer. Like they really care!!!🙄

Don’t come here, I live in the Knighdale area and Decided to give this place another try, since last time I came they did not have what I wanted on the menu, came back again and they said the same thing. My daughters have also come before and they have also been told the same exact thing. Either this establishment needs people that want to work or make sure they are stocked up on their menu items!

The customer service I received from the employees here was rather distasteful and apathetic at best. I most definitely will not be returning to this establishment nor would I recommend it to someone.

I love Baskin Robins but this one is awful and should probably close down if they aren’t planning to improve the quality of service at this point. They rarely have ice cream and when they do it’s freezer burnt with ice chunks. Went in today and they said they weren’t selling any food (Dunkin side) and only had 6 flavors of ice cream to choose from. The workers are rude and lack any sense of urgency. Never a pleasant experience here

If I could give 0 stars I would. They made a milkshake with almost no ice cream and said if I wanted them to remake it, they would charge me twice and make it the same way. The manager said - refund her and tell her to leave and said that is how BR makes milkshakes. When I said that isn’t true, they said they were bought out by another company a year ago so this is how they now do it. They are incompetent and rude.

Sadly, this has become the worst Baskin Robbins I have ever been to. I've visited this store many times over the years since it opened, but in the last 3 years since moving back to the area...it is garbage. You never know when they'll actually have ice cream. I went in to get a birthday cone, only to find their freezer was broken. Ok that makes sense. Next month ice cream was back, 2 months later...no ice cream again but no reason this time, 6 months later, they have ice cream. This is bonkers, if you sell ice cream....shouldn't you HAVE ice cream?? I tried to order a prepacked quart of ice cream on Grubhub only to be told my order was canceled after they made the driver wait for 20 mins before they told him they aren't selling any ice cream. The ONLY reason I even try to get ice cream there is that they're the only place that has my favorite ice cream flavor, but after this last debacle, I'm done with them. Their staff ignore customers, the place is always dirty, and they apparently don't even sell ice cream. Absolute ridiculousness.

Went through the drive through and ordered some ice cream and they said they're "not selling ice cream". I said, "oh, you mean like through the drive-thru? I can come inside!" And they replied, "no... like we're not selling ice cream." My husband and I looked at each other in shock. Isn't this an ice cream place? 😂😂 It's the same as saying a pizza place doesn't have pizza. Ridiculous and waste of gas.

I have tried to get cookie dough ice cream multiple times from this location. They never have the flavor I want and have to continue to get refunds. Go somewhere else for your sweets!!
