Came in 20 minutes before they closed and they told us they couldn’t make milkshakes or waffle cones. I’m sure it’s because they make more of a mess and they didn’t want to have to clean up again before close.

I went to this location on February 21 to get the February flavor of month, love potion 31, which you can only get in February, they had absolutely no ice cream available stating their freezer was broken and no solution or service team working on it.

Attempted to place an order online, but I kept getting errors so we just decided to go in person. Upon arrival, we were advised they did not have the DIY Sundae Kit advertised, or ANY toppings for that matter. They only had a few flavors of ice cream. There were two employees there, neither of which provided us exceptional service, either. This was my first time going to BR, and It will be my last. You’re better off going across the street to the Food Lion and getting what you want.

Stopped in for coffee and they made it perfectly as usual. The place was clean and employees were friendly. Great experience overall.

31 flavors?! More like 13. What's that Offspring song? Anyways, they couldn't make a milkshake because they didn't have the mix. They said they didn't have cookies and cream but I'm staring right at it. The only bright spot was the lady. Working the register. She had great customer service and was very kind and nice to my kids. But ultimately it was bad.

Google states they close at 9 but as soon as I pulled up around 8 they turned the lights off and locked the doors. After knocking on the window an employee opens the door. I came here for ice cream with wet walnuts. The employee didn't know what wet walnuts were, and then said their ice cream was in the back because something was wrong with the cooler so he couldn't serve any. What's going on with these BR? The one on Capital Blvd and this one need to be shut down, they NEVER have anything.

I've been there 4 times and never have I got what I wanted. Whether that be that they don't have the flavor I wanted or they don't have any ice cream at all. I went there like 3 weeks ago and ordered a milkshake. They then informed me after I'd paid that they did not have a blender. I then went back just yesterday as it was on my way and I was still craving a milkshake. Once again I went in and was glad because I could see they had my flavor. I walked up ordered a milkshake and they informed me they didn't have a working blender. So, I just decided to get a coffee instead it was completely watered down. Don't go here.

Went with husband this past Tuesday evening. My husband wanted a shake. Let person helping him know he was there for a shake, the employee asked what flavor and they didn't have it. He gave him a few samples until he found which one he wanted. He let the person know and then was told he forgot the machine to make shakes wasn't working! ? Wondered why he spent 15 minutes inside and came out with nada

Went to Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins in Knightdale NC for a hot chai tea. And the owners are nice enough but there's a problem with the communication. A friend ordered @ the speaker box but when he gets to the drive thru window his food isn't ready and the female owner (owner's wife) says NO order was placed. 2days later I go in for an online order and have just as much confusion with the owner when I try to purchase additional items.
