Since moving to Raleigh, this Bojangle’s is the closest to my house. I’ve gone here in the morning, afternoon, and evening and neither has been a good experience. The food is mediocre and once I was given an incorrect order, but my biggest issue with this location is the extremely poor customer service. They are just nasty. And it’s obvious this is allowed by the management team. In the evening it seems to be a lot of young people that don’t know how to open their mouths to simply say, “thank you”. They treat you like you are doing THEM a favor by coming there. And at this point, I feel I have given them too many chances to do better and I will no longer patronize this location.
