Never experienced anything like this. My server smelled like straight marijuana. Couldn’t get her attention for so long from her running in and out. Then witnessed her drinking out of alcohol bottle when I was walking to my car. Never will come back especially with my children again. Will be taking this up with corporate.

I’ve been here 45 minutes. I’m writing the review at the bar…. I still haven’t got service… I’ve moved from a table to the bar and still haven’t spoke to anyone. Gone down hill quick…

Gave wrong sauce and told me that it was right even though it definitely wasn't. Very loud and noisy atmosphere, the bar needs to be walled off so the sound doesnt carry over. Was told we would have to pay a $5 cover fee per person after 8pm. If you pay with card, you have to pay for your meal through a text message instead of just a regular card reader, requiring you to have to manually put in your card info which is tedious. Service was very slow even though it wasn't busy. Basically everything that a restaurant shouldn't do.

And I'm sure if i didn't write this part right here, BWW would respond to this review saying they would like me to call or email them to provide more feedback. All I would like is for BWW to fix these problems and train their staff properly.

As always, BWW has good food (except the salsa). This location is not very well-managed though. The service was slow even though few customers were there. Food took forever to come out. The restaurant was very cold. Waitress forgot to ring up a discount we had even though we reminded her three times that it was BOGO wings day. The front desk wasn’t staffed and they had no idea how to ring up a small item I was getting to go. Overall just poorly run.

I am the GM of an Italian restaurant in Raleigh, NC. I normally never complain, but tonight was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. After taking our seat, we waited approximately 15 minutes
and no one greeted us. I tried to order using the app, but it wouldn’t load. I got up and saw two employees standing in the doorway to the kitchen and asked for a server. They said someone would be right with us. Several more minutes went by and finally a server wearing a “trainer” shirt asked if anyone had helped us. She then got us a server. My Mountain Dew came and was clearly out of syrup. 15 minutes later our appetizer arrived. We had no napkins or silverware . I sent my granddaughter up to get some and they gave her a handful of plastic ware.
After finishing our appetizer we watched several other tables come in and get food before us. 30 minutes later, the server dropped off our check and I had to tell her that we never received our food. I was then brought a dry crispy cheeseburger. 10 minutes after that wings missing the potato wedges. At this point I asked to speak to a manager who simply said “sorry” and walked away. So, 2 hours after arriving, I paid for burnt and missing food and left. I will never return and will warn my friends, family and anyone else I can reach to not dine here.

I needed to change my order time because I thought I would be out running errands longer, but I was wrong. I didn't have a problem changing the order time. The problem came when I got my order; The food was cold even though I had picked it up a few minutes after the pickup time and the order was under seasoned. I ordered salt and Vinger seasoned fries and lemon pepper rubbed traditional wings. There was NO seasoning on the wings and a tiny amount on the fries. Other than the food everything else was okay I will not be going back.

Horrible service, when you walk in sign says to seat yourself, waited about 15 minutes for somebody to come to our table, there’s QR codes on the table but they are faded and didn’t work, finally we got the attention of one of the servers, ordered wings and appetizers, after 30 minutes only my food came out, so I waited for my husband’s food by the time his came out my food was cold I told this to the server and she said that’s how they serve food… very disappointed

Worst service in the world! Served me a beer with a bug in it and said I had to drink it. If I got another they would charge me. It was a DRAFT BEER! To top it all off they wouldn’t put on the World Series! This is an abomination of a sports bar! Will not ever be back. Also there were flies and bugs everywhere. Not sure if they ever had a health inspection 🤮

After 30m sitting I had to ask someone if I can order our drinks and with an attitude she said ok. Another 10m passed and no drinks so we ended up leaving. What kind of business is this?

Usually love coming here for the wings but today the service was trash. My sister and I came in at about 9pm, and a sign was posted at the front door stating “Please seat yourself”. We proceed to try to find a clean table and there were none. We were headed towards a booth when one of the waitresses, Marlow, came from the kitchen and rude stated “all of these tables are closed” with the rudest demeanor. No hello, no greeting or nothing. Majority of the tables in the dining area were really dirty so it left us with no where to sit. so we just left. the service was real poor even though we were just trying to follow instructions. it seems like they are either lazy or short staffed. either way, its no excuse to be rude to loyal customers.

Oh my gosh, this was one of the worst experiences I've had. I ordered pickup and when I arrived 5 minutes after the scheduled time because I knew this specific location had terrible customer service in the past, but everyone deserves a second chance. They told me it would be 10 more minutes. I waited an hour and a half just to be told that they didn't have my order at all, and I could get a refund or start making it right then and there. What? The management was rude, and I left without getting my money or food. I'm never going back!
