Food was terrible. The wings were over cooked and the chicken dippers were not done. To rop it off, the fries tastes like they were stale and refried. The server was nice however slow. The manager did try to replace our food, and the restaurant was clean, but we just paid and made him aware of the poor quality of the restaurant. We will not be returning to this location anytime soon.

By far the worst Buffalo Wild Wings I have been to. Service slow, over charged for drinks & food, and could not get my order right! By the way, all of the glasses were filthy. Do not go here!

It’s at a decent location, they do their best to keep it clean. I’ve had a couple mobile orders get screwed up but anytime that happens they make things right with me.

Had a pick-up order placed at 7:24pm. Was to be ready at 8:00pm. I arrived and waited 45 mins before my order appeared. No explanation or apology. Just a hand off.

Terrible my husband order a sweet tea and I ordered a lemonade they placed the sugar on my drink making it a sugar bomb and my husbands tea is so plain! Smh 🤦🏻♀️ also he got a completely different order from what he requested, to go order
My friend and I ordered bone-in-wings. The wings were so very overcooked, you couldn’t bite into them. The everything pretzels were excellent.i had 2 crispers. One was fresh and delicious the other was old and crusty. On top of waiting at least 30-40 minutes for the food, the actual service was horrible. Our first server was a very nice lady and acted as if she cared about the bad food but I then realized she didn’t because the manager had no idea at all what the issue was. The manager acted as I was a bother, replaced my meal at a charge. I received a free drink for my bad experience. I then ordered a mushroom Swiss burger that took 45 minutes to arrive. I just took the food home because the service was so horrible that I lost my appetite. There were about least 7 people on the premises that worked there and not very many customers… I watched 2 couples leave because no one came to take their order. I just heated up my burger from last night and it taste like cigarette ash 😡

Restaurant smells like a bathroom when you walk in. Buffalo Wild Wings ran out of wings. The manager was unhelpful and unfriendly. They should fix their online ordering to reflect accurate times that the food will be available and if they’re out of wings they should not allow wings to be ordered or disclose the appropriate time for it to be picked up. I asked for a refund and because I did not want to wait another 40 minutes for my order to be ready another 40 minutes after my pickup time. I asked for a receipt and was told there was no receipt option and it would take 10 days to be refunded.

I ordered to-go and almost took an hour to get my food, after traveling 20 minutes to this place. The food wasn’t that great, the wings that were fried weren’t cooked properly. Chances on ordering from this location again is zero.

Where do I begin me and friends came to this location yesterday sat down for 10 mins never got serviced my friend go up and asked for someone to service us. Took a minute finally got someone to ask for our drinks but we was ready to order since we was sitting there and waiting as it is, took 5 mins to get our drinks. Then we timed our food and we didn’t get it for 45 mins our food and it looked terrible my tenders was burnt the onion rings were all dark and the boneless wings were dried out and looked like it was sauced right as well my friend chicken boneless wings. We didn’t get no refills no utensils or even napkins. We asked the girl for a manager. The manager comes and was really didn’t apologize nothing, asked if we wanted a replacement and we told her no and told us that their short staffed and that their the ones cooking the food. Ok if that was the case they should’ve told us when we got there that their will be a wait since we are short staffed but didnt tell us nothing: then when it came to another manager she seemed caring but still didn’t apologize for the inconvenience, I told her to cancel my tenders to go because I had to leave it was already an hour or so being there. Then the waitress had an attitude came with the tenders and took the bag back with an attitude by the way her name is Joselyn terrible she slammed the credit card on the table and smiled and even had a smart axx attitude as well when we told her the food wasn’t right. And then laughed and walked away I’m sorry but her customer service is terrible and how can she work there didn’t come to offer us nothing no refills and nothing we needed. Never going back to that place to eat it was terrible.
I ask one of the employee to clean a table for my family and I since all the tables were dirty they just ignore me. I just left the restaurant because i was waiting 15 minutes

Placed an online order for pickup on a Friday night at 8:30pm. Drove from SE Raleigh and upon arrival, it was chaos. Pickup area was unstaffed and people waiting for orders were there a while, irate. Also many were not even helped yet. Worker brought my order from the back and left without saying my name or advising the order was there. I saw it and asked another worker, who confirmed my order. Drove 25min home to find out my order was INCOMPLETE!!! My daughter’s birthday dinner and we were missing her salad. $40+ order disappointment. The wings, wrap, and onion rings were eh. Not the typical level either.
