I got 2 cobb salads and the meat was cold on them. I never had cold fried meat on my salad from Chick-fil-A. Is it because you all was about to close? Food quality is from the time you open until you close. I didn't get that here tonight.

i came today with my sibling to meet my dad and our other sibling. or, rather, tried to come. i got to the restaurant at 4:01 pm. and i genuinely do have compassion and empathy for the fact that they clearly posted that they would be closing at 4:00 pm. i want to make clear that respecting a boundary put in place to give employees a chance to spend a holiday with their loved ones is very much not the problem. the problem is that they let my dad order for multiple people not present in a very much empty restaurant at about 3:58 pm without so much as telling him the updated hours. not to mention the fact that the majority of the nuggets were entirely made up of fat. the problem is that another guest arrived at the same time quite literally banging on the windows and was allowed into the restaurant but numerous people came out of the restaurant to inform us that we could not go in to grab our dad after the initial interaction with the individual letting the window banger in but not us when we did nothing but stand there and ask to meet our dad. not even an offer to relay a message to him, just numerous extremely haughty interactions. honestly, i’m appalled. chick-fil-a is supposed to be customer service oriented. however, this location is full of condescending workers. there is a right way to handle these situations and whatever happened today was all around atrocious.
i would also like to add an update a week later: this location clearly has no shame or sense of duty to their loyal customers. i was ensured that i would be contacted by this location regarding the terrible experience i had. i was given a timeframe of 2-3 business days on the 1st. it has been well over this window and i have come to realize that this location cares about profits and nothing more. it’s so interesting to see yet another corporation that proclaims to have christian values only care about their greed and corruption. more than anything, i’m disappointed that i was led to believe they cared whatsoever in the first place

Overall, it is an okay location. The staff are generally cordial and do their best during busy times. That said, if you are ordering through the drive thru, please use the app and order ahead. It makes the process much more efficient for everyone, and you also earn rewards for free items later on.
Waiting behind someone sitting in the drive thru while they slowly review the entire menu from their car can be frustrating. If you need time to decide, going inside is the better option. The drive thru works best when orders are placed quickly.

Convenient location. Nice landscaping. Last night a lot of the tables inside were dirty. Employees were not that friendly. We ordered 3 BBQ sauces and they brought 1 and brought 2 Chick Fil A sauces. The food could have been a little hotter than it was but the person who brought the food clearly did not know the table numbers and was walking around trying to figure out where to deliver the food so our food was starting to cool off even more. The sanitizer packets at this location are a joke (small and hard to open/separate)- get the nicer Purell ones like other locations. We expected to see mayo packets available at the condiment station like most other locations have but it did not so we had to wait in line to ask for those after already waiting in line to get the sauce error fixed. Get the details fixed to improve this location.

Our food was good but I guess the amount of food we ordered caused confusion because some of our sandwiches were made incorrectly. When we got home we just added and removed the stuff that we could. My sandwich for example was a spicy deluxe with pepper jack cheese and not tomato. It came with American and pepper jack melted on top of each other so I could take it off. I try to stay away from yellow cheeses but today I had to suck it up. It also came with no tomato (as requested) but also no pickle which was a bummer because I love the pickles. I just added some from home and ate it. Everyone enjoyed their food but as you can imagine, feeding a family of 7 with 3 incorrect orders can cause a little chaos but we made it work.

I have literally never had a worse experience than at this Chick-fil-A. There is supposed to be a standard for this restaurant and you guys absolutely failed. Every time I come and buy food for my family, something is missing or wrong. This last time I went, the person who took my order, rushed through it and got it wrong. She seemed confident so I didn’t question. I go inside, even though I went through the drive-through originally, to get my order fixed and I met with disregard and no urgency whatsoever. I wish I could give you guys negative stars.
To add insult to injury, all the food is cold and soggy. Terrible service for $40+

The manager, Sean, lacks professionalism and doesn’t know the meaning of customer service. A true disappointment to the Chick-fil-A brand.
Apparently if you want food after 9 and you’re on foot and not driving in a car, the only option is to mobile order for the drive thru, walk to the counter and be told they can’t hand your food that’s two feet away unless you go to the drive thru, walk through the drive through, be told you’re a safety hazard and might get hit by a car and sue them (by standing on the sidewalk of the CFA drive thru, like any other CFA employee), then get told to go back and stand outside the front door in the cold for five minutes just for someone to walk the food to us. I mean I get it’s inconvenient of me to want food after 9 when you’re open until 10, but that was a little petty. Also I don’t know if there’s any connection, but after having a milkshake there, like 20 minutes later, my friend starting projectile vomiting. Probably not related but not a good night to go to CFA.

I was eating inside at a little before 9, then went to put in another order to get some more before I left, and because I ordered at 9:02 the only option was a drive through order. So I ordered and as I was walking out, I asked the front desk if they wouldn’t mind just handing me the order since the front desk was literally five feet from the drive thru window. They said no, which was fine; they said I needed to go through the drive thru. No problem. I walked out and through the drive thru. I gave them my name and they were like aight bet. Two minutes later some manager comes out, after the staff told me to go to the drive thru window, and he tells me actually that I can’t be standing in the drive thru because I might be hit by a car and sue. Um, they told me to go to the drive thru and once again could have literally just handed me my nuggets, but okay… they then had me wait outside the front door in the cold for five minutes before bringing me the food and acting like they were doing me a favor by saving me from the danger of walking in a drive thru. Thank goodness, I feel so safe for them for sending me outside then back around, and waiting in the cold when they could have just handed the food across the counter the first time. Yes, I know this is petty and whatnot but that was very unnecessary. Most of the staff were very nice, but the guy in charge was kinda ridiculous for no reason and that was at least equally as petty as this post.
