Kid-friendliness: Great play place although it has privacy glass? Couldn't see my kid while he played which I kinda hated..
Wheelchair accessibility: Very tight spaces and not many wheelchair friendly tables. Doors are very heavy and difficult to use, needed help for literally everything.

It's chikfila, the food is always pretty good....but no amount of remodeling or renovating can save this location. I can't count the number of times cars have been directed to the "VIP" area to the point where there's nowhere else to wait because food orders arent complete just to keep the drive thru lane moving. I count 5-6 VIP spots, and right now as I wait for my order (for 10+ minutes in this spot) there are at least 9 cars waiting in this section. The management here is terrible. This sort of delay & traffic jam happens far too often at this location

So disappointed today i purchased two cones and waited more then 20 minutes just for TWO cones never got an apology for the wait .sadly there were more customers waiting for cones also when i got mines .

My family loves Chick fil A because they value consistency and customer service. The Knightdale location is so disappointing. Our order was incorrect and not fresh. The manager or team leader was rude and made it seem as if I was bothering her when I asked for extra bags. I called the restaurant as I was pulling out but no one answered.

The worst Chickfilla ever rude employees, no sense of welcoming not treated equally as a person, always forgetting/missing items from my order. Other past visits of coming to this location I didn’t get any good hospitality or fairness of treatment, so I would leave this here I wouldn’t recommend anyone to come this Chickfilla location there terrible.

Kaylan is truly a wonderful person! His personality is awesome! He needs to give some other workers some tips, on how to be pleasant and making sure everyone is satisfied with everything! Jannah should definitely take some tips from Kaylan! Her attitude and eye roll when I asked a question about a menu item was horrible! Made me want to walk right out the door and go somewhere else to eat! Her listening skills stink as well as didn't even get our order correct! Thankfully Kaylan made the save and enjoyed our lunch thanks to him! Keep up the great work Kaylan, you bring a smile to many people!

I love Chick -fil -a. The food is consistently good and the service is fast and efficient. I was disappointed when I ordered a strawberry milkshake and saw the size of the cup. It was so small and at a price of over five bucks. I wish the cup size was a little bit larger and more in line with a price paid.
