Chili's Grill & Bar

Been here countless times, during weekdays and weekends, rush times, between rush times, ect. This location is one of the few places my family goes out to anymore. We've had the best service consistently, the food has always been hot and delicious, and the all around atmosphere is one of service excellence. Fantastic job by both the kitchen and FoH staff!!

Three of the six entrees came out with hair on the food. When one was replaced it again had a hair in the food. The food that had hair was comped. While trying to pay with a gift card one of the employees had nasty statements when their system couldn't process the payment . Eventually the payment was processed with excessive disrespect from one of the female employees. Will never patronize this establishment again. TRULY DISRESPECTFUL EMPLOYEES

Our server is the best! We sit in a booth on the bar side and have him often. He is so attentive and intuitive.

Wasn't busy but still took 30 minutes for food. Waitress came back with refills twice with 15 minute drinkless breaks between. Checked the tables all around us but wouldn't stop for us when we tried to get refills. Cleaned and wiped the table next to us without asking why I hadn't touched my burger in 20 minutes. Eventually I got her to stop and asked if I could get some toppings for my bacon burger. She tells me vegetables toppings don't come on the bacon burger (it used to). She says she could get me them on the side and instead comes almost running back with a menu to prove me wrong and let me know it. All I'm asking for is some lettuce and onion, maybe pickles. Couldn't get refills but she ran back with a menu to prove me wrong, and I wasn't arguing with her about it.

When first ordering she told me wife she got 2 sides with her meal, my wife said the 3 for Me only came with 1 side. The waitress insisted it was 2. Then had to come back and say it's actually only 1. Maybe she was embarrassed and didn't want to check in with us.

Since she got the menu to prove I'm wrong, I'd like to point out the bacon burger is suppose to come with 4 pieces of bacon and I only got 3. Whole thing was incredibly bizarre.

Metri the General Manager and his team deliver hot delicious food. The burgers and fries are great! Clean restaurant (Including the restroom) personal and professional service. Buyer Beware on take out orders. Its hit and miss. Just ordered chicken wings and they were so over cooked that they were inedible. Sauce was good, but it couldnt hide dry overcooked wings. My husband's steak was perfect. Check number 980127

Prior orders have also been hit or miss with how good the food is. Last time my husbands burger was a hockey puck but my pasta was perfect.

Food ...ummm no like dang I remember how the wings use to taste ..not the same ....the ice cream was great the casa Migos margarita was great I sat at the bar . bartender was amazing. Servers were nice too..food was just no straight no.
