Chili's Grill & Bar

This was for a pick up meal. The customer service when walking in to get the meal was excellent. When we got home the food was really fresh and presented well. It's been a while since we have been to Chili's because of service and food but this time was absolutely wonderful. Keep up the good work.

My family and I waited 45 minutes for our food. Not sure if they were short staffed, but we were disappointed with only that. The waitress was great. Food tasted good.

Person that brings out the food decided to try and hand me the wrong food 3 times even though I continuously stated that it wasn’t my burger. She practically kept shoving it in my face to then just sit it down then proceeded to walk in the To Go section to talk to the Manager instead of correcting my order. She was so rude. We did not get refills and my husband had to ask then she only gave one refill and gave me nothing although my drink was empty. Manager fixed my burger but staff could be better since they work for tips…

As soon as my family and I walked through the door, they didn’t even look for a decent table but instead sat us by the first table they saw. We were never told someone would serve us, we waited for literally 25 minutes before even asked what we wanted to drink. We had to even ask for that service as for it wasn’t offered like normal restaurants.

We finally were given a waitress after about an hour of being there. Food took forever to come and at the end the pay machine and the pin to write a signature didn’t even work.

We had great service including two managers coming to our table to say hello. My friend's well done steak was not quite well done but we had it fixed and it was delicious. A delicious meal for a decent price in an area full of shopping and other things to do. Good old chilies!

They could do a little bit better on their food. Maybe I can't at the wrong time, but the hospitality was pretty good and the food I took with me but never ate what I ordered because it had a greasy taste

I love Chilis but I am big on sanitation grades - A. The food is always good. The place still seems like a cleaning is in order.

If I could give less stars I would, terrible service. Ordered something as simple as quesadillas, got the wrong food after 40 minutes of waiting, it has now been over an hour, still no quesadillas. Food was mediocre and server wasn’t attentive.

Manager on duty was super nice and helping and my waiter was 10/10 food came out super quick had a great experience!

Family lunch at Chili’s to celebrate our granddaughter’s BD. Food average but fairly inexpensive. Less expensive overall if that is what you are looking for. Service was good. They were not crowded and it was the weekend.
