There was a bug in my drink and my waitress left the drink there and the manager took more then 10 mins to come get it and then they messed up my receipt and were trying to add more on my bill honestly I’m disgusted in this place they took forever to help assist the situation and ruined my whole evening

I visited this location during my lunch break, hoping to enjoy a quick meal before returning to work for a 2 PM meeting. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. I waited over an hour for my food, which never arrived at the table. I eventually had to request it be packed to go.

When I asked to speak with a manager, I was met with a string of excuses, despite the restaurant being nearly empty—with fewer than 10 diners present. The service was disorganized and inattentive, and the staff appeared unkempt and unprofessional.

This visit was a complete waste of time, and I left frustrated and still hungry. I do not recommend this location under any circumstances. 0/10.

Asked for a table not a BOOTH. Was told it would be a wait for cleaning. I look around and see 5 or 6 tables clean and empty. Makes absolutely NO sense. We picked this place out of several others to spend our money and have to be uncomfortable while we eat. Hire people that are willing to WORK, not just show up and stand around BSing and on their phone!

We went for birthday celebration, but the place felt so lackluster. It was crowded, and the food was just adequate. We wouldn't even eat the rice because it was so dry and flavorless. Our waitress was nice, but what she was serving us just didn't cut it.

Great burgers, fries and drinks. Everything looked good on menu. Employees are very friendly knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend eating their with family and friends.

We used to love chilies. Our last trip we said was going to be our last time but we decided we will try it once more and unfortunately, this will be our last time we go to the Chili’s in Knightdale. When we got seated, it took 30 minutes for somebody to come and take our order and to bring us drinks right back. When we ordered our food, it took an hour for our food to get to our table from a time we ordered it. The kids food was cold and when we were asked for a refill, the waiter that wasn’t even waiting on us never brought us our cup back! So unfortunately, this will be our last time at Chili’s in Knightdale.

Angelica was our waitress today. This was the cleanest chilies we’ve ever been to. Angelica was attentive, kind, and personable. The food and drinks were great !!!

I ask for no onions on my burgers it came out full of them, we set in the bar booths because that's where we were seated, you never get good service when the bar tender is waiting tables

Wife decided to go here tonight out of all the restaurants. She wanted one last good meal before surgery tomorrow. We formerly lived near here and used to visit very often; food was spectacular and service was excellent years back. Tonight, my Wife was very disappointed in the quality of the ribeye steak (almost as-if it had been cooked in boiled water) and garlic mushrooms; both were dry & tasteless. The cheesecake was grainy and the strawberry sauce was tasteless as well.

This will unfortunately be the last visit to this location and possibly will not go out of our way to visit another Chili’s. The overall cost for a single person and really poor quality food would steer anyone away permanently.

FYI, I formerly knew the previous GM for this location and he was excellent. He was recruited to run the Buffalo Wild Wings across the street. He gave us a lot of insight into what Chili’s demands regularly when cooks don’t show for their shift.

Sad review, however my Wife chose this restaurant as her last meal before the big day tomorrow.

This location used to be the best but it has gone down hill so bad! The food is horrible. It’s always cold and tasteless. You can tell they make food from a day old and reheat it. Even takeout is awful. Do better.

Chili's employees lets people steal orders and doesn't seem to care. This is a piss poor company and I will never come back again. Will also tell everyone to come here to get free food. It's an easy mark.

This place is always empty yet they will tell you there is a 30-45min. Wait. I understand that restaurants are short handed sometimes but this has been the case for years. Half the restaurant is permanently closed off!
