Half the time you may get a correct order. I don’t want cheese & mustard on my burger and they put cheese & mustard. Even checking with them 3 times at the drive-thru doesn’t help, because they show they don’t care. Speaker system sucks. They talk too fast and take the order too fast. Maybe if they slow down a bit, they’ll get our orders right.

I just visited the Cookout on Reynolda Road, Winston Salem, NC My order was received fresh and quick. I open my box to discover I did not have seasoning on my fries so I asked the young lady (African American with dreads) could I get some seasoning salt (she rolled her eye) she asked for my tray back but I asked could you put it in the packet. She then went to the back to fix the seasoning salt and again when she hand it back rolled her eyes before I could say Thank you she mumbled something and walked away. This customer service is not acceptable and to have an attitude at 11 am in the morning then she should not be working.

Small burger with a hint of grilled flavor and sides almost non existent, definitely a once and done deal while traveling..won't make the same mistake twice especially with bad customer service

Horrible! When ordering at the Tifton location, the young gal working the counter taking orders was HORRIBLE!! She used the F word towards us on about 6 occasions and no other employee said a word. She’s full of total disrespect, and extremely hateful! She should terminated or required to take some hospitality training!! You young lady SUCK!!

My husband and I & My son ate there last night. It was my son's first time eating there & he just absolutely Loved it and wanted to give them a 5 Star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ rating! 😊 The service was great and our food was delicious and ready within 5-6 minutes after ordering. And that was dining in not going through drive thru. This was mine and my husband's 2nd time eating there & it was really good the first time as well. My son really liked the food that he told the lady who took our order all about it and everything. And told her that he became their #1 fan & how everyone should come eat there. He was so thankful for us taking him and wanted to keep telling the lady how pleased he was, that she ended up making him a chocolate milkshake at no charge. He was so excited ☺️☺️ and then me and my husband ended up ordering us milkshakes as well !!

Came to Elizabeth City cookout. Order not made right the first time around. Ordered a single burger and a double. The single had more meet than the double. The hamburger didn’t even cover the bun. Had more bun than meat. Go to wipe out hands. And no napkins given. Tighten up.

It's fast food. It's mostly all deep fried but the service is quick and you get a ton of food for a very low price. The sit down area is always clean and so are the bathrooms.

Website says they close at 2am. At 11:15pm we were in line at the drive thru. They took the 3 cars ahead of us, no problem. We placed our order, then when we got to the window they said, we’re closed! I said your site and on the door sign, it says open until 2 AM!!!!! They said, sorry we’re closing now. I was beyond frustrated that I drove across town to get a milkshake, and they purposely turned me away!! I would like a gift card for at least 5 milkshakes, due to being lied to by several employees!! Thank you!
