Typically, we love to get milkshakes from Cookout. However, this time, all three shakes tasted like plain vanilla, even though we ordered three different flavors. Really disappointed.

Awesome late night food, something in the order is normally wrong lol but that's always been the case.Food comes out super fast though! So even though the line is long it moves pretty quick .

I ordered today, two chicken ranch wraps. I was given some spicy sauce instead of ranch for both of the wraps, how do you get ranch and hot sauce mixed up?!

Side order of cheddar bites was very skimpy. I recieved 6 tiny cheddar bites in my meal. I told them no ice in my drink. It was more ice than drink, enough to fill the tray.
