If you order via QR code, they add 18% gratuity automatically (even though you have to get your own utensils, napkins, water, to go boxes etc) AND still ask for more tip when you check out! My dad didn't catch it and ended up paying double tips on accident. Very deceitful IMO.Got the beauty board but it wasn't very beautiful lol. Food quality isn't on par with prices. Great place for drinks and maybe a snack but DON'T DOUBLE TIP on accident.

This was a great find for the hubby and I. Katie was our server, and she was nothing less than amazing. This clearly is going to be our summer go-to place because of the rooftop deck and good food. I loved it. The food was tasty, the vibe was relaxed and the drinks were delicious! Our bartender Kastle was welcoming and made of feel welcomed, the drinks were smooth and on point. We are heading back for our second visit.

I got the triple berry salad (minus the blueberries and blackberries and raspberries) and the calamari Fritos, well my friend got the salmon salad. Turn it off I ended up getting the blood and smoke cocktail and everything turned out really well made

The absolute best venue in Knightdale!! We decided to host our baby shower at Craften since the outdoor spaces are gorgeous, communicating with event coordinator Nate was straightforward and quick. Their event packages are very reasonable and easy to understand. We had around 40 guests total so we decided for upstairs patio, perfect if you want more privacy from other patrons. We had a dedicated waitress Cady who is a rockstar and was so incredible and doing her absolute best to make everyone happy with smile on her face the entire time. All of my guests were loving the food and drinks, only compliments were spoken. I will recommend to anyone to host their small or big event here. Thank you again Craften for making our day so special.

Love it! Great food, great atmosphere. Hubby and I are there every other week trying out their new menu. I do miss the spot with the Jalapeño Burger, but the new spots are great.

For a food hall I was expecting for there to be more seating. It's very nice that you can order from each vendor at once, the prices are expensive. You can also tell some vendors have better quality of selections than others. The bar prices are outraged for what you get. Stick to beer and you will be happy. I'm looking forward to improved quality as the business gets past its opening days. The hours of operation need to be adjusted.Update 2/11/2023All of the of food vendors have changed and I was impressed. Seafood selections were very tasty. The pizza crust was a little soggy but the drinks were amazing

Very cool vibe! Good selection of food items. Some are a little more hipster-ish some a little more classic. Some of it was wholesome some of it was junk food, but ALL of it was delicious. We sampled some from all the different places. I was going to take pictures, but I was very hungry and it all smelled so yummy; so I forgot. They also had a good selection of mixed drinks/liquor, wine, and beer, which I did get pictures of.

Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of room for most accessibility needs, although it might be a tighter fit for people with oversized wheelchairs. Although I imagine in the warmer months it's not a problem, when they have the indoor outdoor wall open.

Decided to have an early lunch and was super happy this place was open as early as it was. The environment was esthetically pleasing and sleek. Our waitress was friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. I ordered the Bacon Cheeseburger and it was amazing. Will definitely go back to try their signature cocktails and maybe even check out their live music nights.

1st time here today and what a nice spot and great Menu. From Seafood to Burgers to Italian to Venezuelian they have it all. Drinks are on point and the wings were delicious - large and meaty we got the Buffalo and Korean BBQ. Also tried to lasagna and very good pasta tasted handmade, got an order of sweet corn hush puppies as well but forgot to take a photo. Beautiful spot with outdoor and rooftop dining as well. Staff was super friendly and there is a large connect 4 game for kids to play outside as well. ?

This was our last minute decision for somewhere to eat when we were hungry in the middle of an average Saturday.We weren't sure what to expect, but whatever it was those expectations would have been well exceeded. Super friendly staff, great atmosphere and the food was amazing! I like the fact that different people can eat off different menus depending on their moods, and all of the food was top-notch. Highly recommend this place we will be back!

Great atmosphere! Enjoyed the live music. Open seating but they have waiters that come take your order and you can order from any of the kitchens! Will be back to try other things on the menu.

This is a great spot for some late night food and drinks. What makes this place unique is that there are a lot of different restaurants under one roof, but you order off of one menu and the server brings everything you order right to your table. The server we had was very friendly and brought us paper menus to look at in addition to the QR Code menus at the table. The paper menus are easier to look at than the QR Code website menu. The food was delicious. They have a variety of food options including pizza, burgers, arepas, hush puppies, hot dogs, and burritos. There are vegetarian and vegan options including a vegan arepa.Additionally there is plenty of seating including seating outdoors. The space is clean and nice and could easily accommodate larger groups. This place is worth checking out!

It is just too expensive. Almost $40 with tip/tax burger, cheese fries and a prosecco. Beer is way over priced. Food is good but not $40 per person good. It is a shame we were looking forward to the concept but we will stick to the breweries with food trucks.
