I was not pleased with the way I was addressed the service was not good

Ordered thru the app, my pizza had plenty toppings and it was made and cooked to absolute perfection.

Dominos App said it will be ready in 8-12 minutes, I showed up after 20 mins and they haven’t even started making my order yet. They said app is not accurate and it will be ready additional 20-30 mins. Dominos need to fix their app and website.

Sat and waited an hour and a half in the store for a burnt to a crisp pizza. People in the back playing loud music like they’re at a concert, which would get a pass IF they weren’t producing back to back burnt foods. While waiting an hour and a half, several people from in store orders and deliveries came to complain about burnt inedible orders of wings, pizzas and more. The items were visibly backed up on the line while the workers goofed off.

I requested my order be remade just for it to still be burnt. The guy who made the second pizza brought it from the back, not on the line! One can only guess what he did to that pizza while off the line. So I followed my instincts and declined that one as well.

Another gentleman came to the counter and asked do I want him to make my pizza. I said yes if it will be better and edible unlike the other two. Thankfully he was very helpful and kind. Made the pizza quickly and most importantly correctly!

The manager was no help during all of this and enabled the poor behavior of the rest of the staff. Even to the point of also making burnt items, tossing food items across the line and more.

Me and my family ordered BREADSTICKS 🥖 and pizza 🍕 and they said marinara sauce doesn’t come with BREADSTICKS that you have to pay extra. That’s like getting chips and salsa and having to pay for salsa. I thought they were joking at first. Ordered a pepperoni pizza with jalapeños on half of it, and they gave us half pepperoni and the other half cheese with jalapeños. It’s suppose to be a pepperoni pizza with jalapeños added to half, I don’t even know how you could confuse that? Who gets cheese pizza with a few jalapeños scattered across it. Last time I’ll be going to the knightdale location. And it took longer than they said.

I love dominos and have eaten here a lot throughout my life! Although I wish there was gluten free and vegan options for those who want to enjoy vegan cheese! Also the crust is amazing ! Devon was so kind!

I ordered an Extravaganza pizza with onions mushrooms and green peppers.. I got the pizza with no green peppers, I called and gabriela proceeded to tell me that green peppers were on the pizza and that in order for them to correct their mistake, I needed to bring the pizza back. It’s so simple to read an order. I wouldn’t have cared had she just taken accountability but she proceeded to imply that I was wrong…

I gave second chance today and they still bad .. i have no idea how they still in business?!

I usually have had only good experiences with this dominos location...but tonight i ordered online like usual and the estimated delivery time was up to 47 minutes so an hour and 5 mins later I called just to make sure our order hadn't been accidentally overlooked and proceded to explain exactly that to the manager...I was then told that the time it tells u isnt acurate although it had always been in the past...and that it would instead be an hour and a half...which was alot but atleast that was only leaving about 20 more minutes until it should be here...but NO...she didn't mean an hour and a half total...she meant an hour and a half more...which was almost 3 hours total from the time I ordered...she tried to explain that my pizza would be ready in 7 mins but that all het drivers were out delivering and when they got back i was the 7th delivery...so when I did eventually get my pizza it would have been sitting under a light at the store for over an hour...and the worst thing was that the manager who sounded like a teenager wasnt in the least bit apologetic. I totally understand that stuff happens and that they were short staffed but why not temporarily stop taking orders when u get that behind til u catch up or at the very least call and let people know it's going to be over 2 hours longer than expected arrival time so that the customer has the choice to cancel and order from somewhere else instead of making people have to call and find out from an unapologetic teenager with an attitude that treats u like it's totally normal for the estimated time of arrival to be off by over 2 hours!!!!!! Needless to say I canceled my order and don't know if I'll ever order from here again and sadly that's a major loss for dominos seeing as how I spend probably up to $100-$150 a month ordering pizza once a week sometimes. That's their loss. Papa johns it is from here on out I guess...which will break my daughter's heart seeing as this is her favorite! ?

I order a small extravaganza pizza, there was barley and cheese on the pizza.Not tasty at all. My buffalo wings were not cooked long enough slimy with little to no sauce had to reheat and add my own sauce.

I've ordered my pizza from Wendell many times well done and not one time have it came back burnt like this. Then I bring it back and the cashier wants to catch an attitude talking about I said well done. Yes well done but not burnt.

I love Domino's pizzas, it's an excellent lesson
