Came in with a relative and this Dunkin is almost like a little hideaway. The location is not that visible and drive-thru was a bit confusing but now that I know it's easy to make a quick stop when heading to work.
They will make your order wrong & give it to you! I called back & they used the excuse that I placed the order at 8:30 but how when ice & whipped cream still freshed

What happened to Dunkin Donuts? They don't bake on premises they truck it in, their selection is equal to what you can get at the convenience store, they used to advertise variety and fresh baked donuts every few hours. Now the stuff gets stale and they have the same 7 donuts. And hey putting freaking sprinkles on a donut doesn't make it a different donut. And why is everyone who works there surly? Is it that hard to put donuts into a box?

I ordered an iced coffee, muffin, and hashbrowns. The hashbrown rounds came 6 in a serving. They were mushy, cold and overwhelmingly oniony. I used to be obsessed with Dunkin’s muffins, the past 2 I bought were hard and extremely dry. The iced coffee I got was great.

I asked for a frozen Mocha Coffe and the taste was terrible! I ask for a second one and same thing! The best are in Capitol blvd.

I come here every Thursday and I don’t usually have too much of a problem, but today both of the workers were on their cell phones. They were both FaceTime someone they had their phones turned up all the way they were swearing. They were just acting very unprofessional then they made a mess with my coffee and then told me that I’m probably gonna need some napkins

An ice cream store that has no ice cream and mopping the floors while still open at 7:30pm.
0 stars. It’s a management problem I’m sure.
Always a family favorite

Coffee good but employees were all on phones and sipping coffee and looked hassled to have to find my preordered drink for me.
The Dunkin' in Knightdale has consistently demonstrated poor customer service, particularly from employees Tameka and Kayla. Kayla appears to struggle with communication at the drive-thru speaker—she frequently claims she cannot hear customers, even when they are speaking loudly and clearly. On one occasion, she left the speaker for 5–10 minutes without explanation, leaving me mid-order and forcing me to drive up to the window just to complete it.
Instead of helping resolve the issue, her manager, Tameka, offered no assistance or courtesy. She simply told me to go back through the drive-thru line, despite the fact that I had already waited 15–20 minutes. Both staff members were dismissive and unprofessional when addressed directly. Overall, the experience reflected very poor customer service and a lack of accountability, definitely not what I expect from a brand like Dunkin'.

Food tastes like bleach, I was already in the next town over when I ate my wake up wrap. It tastes like they didn’t wipe the chemicals off flat top. No one would answer the phone either, figured they were busy so I waited. Called again. Waited, called again, nothing. You either need to hire more people, or close this crummy location and re open in a bigger store. I almost want to suspect this store is a laundering front with how little inventory they have, employees don’t care to do their job, & customer service doesn’t exist!
My favorite coffee shop
I hate sugar in my iced coffee. Before driving off from the drive thru I mentioned that my coffee looked really light..the girl with the short hair cut went to go talk to the other girl the made the coffee and came back and mentioned it was because of the swirl favoring…guess what I received specifically after I asked for no sugar and an abundance of creamer after I asked for a splash of it only…why ask for my preference but still make it how you want to?! turned around and went back to the location and there was a girl with burgundy hair at the front counter who didn’t even acknowledge me but mentioned to the other girl that I needed help…the attitudes, unprofessionalism, and lack of customer service is what you will get along with your order you’ve been warned….Ive been three times on different occasions and it doesn’t get any better just worse…spend your money elsewhere!
It’s a Dunkin. Food is good and my order was accurate. Employees could use some more positive energy
This Dunkin location never has anything in stock! This weekend however, Mother’s Day weekend, was the absolute worst. I placed an order online, when I arrive they tell me they don’t have any of the donuts available I ordered. I ordered a dozen and a box of munchkins and they didn’t have it available. I’m so confused, is there no one there that was trained on how to make donuts? I’m from NY where Dunkin was preferred over Krispy Kreme, but down here I see why everyone goes to KK instead, dd never has anything available!
