We had an amazing experience at Five Guys today. Despite the fact that the credit card machine was down, Kaiden, the gentleman who was at the register was so nice and genuinely friendly. He had a great attitude, was super helpful, and made the whole experience even better. It’s always refreshing to get such awesome customer service!

We previously ordered a meal for Uber Eats, but we were given a very small portion of Cajun fries. I called and spoke to Lavell, the GM and he made us even bigger fans of Five Guys by correcting the mishap. The food, service, and hospitality is top notch. We will definitely be returning and thumbs up to the Knightdale location.

Manager refuse to sell patties separately and said I had to pay for the whole burger. Food allergies suck and this location doesn't care.
