We previously ordered a meal for Uber Eats, but we were given a very small portion of Cajun fries. I called and spoke to Lavell, the GM and he made us even bigger fans of Five Guys by correcting the mishap. The food, service, and hospitality is top notch. We will definitely be returning and thumbs up to the Knightdale location.

Manager refuse to sell patties separately and said I had to pay for the whole burger. Food allergies suck and this location doesn't care.

This is the best Five Guys outside of the originals in DC! Been here a few times now and every time they absolutely nail it. Positivity from team taking my order to excellent quality of food prep/cooking. Burger is always cooked perfectly and the fries beyond perfect! You guys are the best!!
