This restaurant makes the best burgers on a good day. Recently however, they seem to have cut back on staff. The same attention is not quite there when building the burger.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Upon walking into the dining area I noticed that cleanliness is not important to the staff. The floors, tables, drink dispenser and condiment area were totally filthy. The woman taking my order, continue to scratch the inside of her nose and wipe her nose with her hand, which completely grossed me out. When I got my food, all of my fries had been dumped out of the cups and were loose in the bag. After spending a little over $20 on just my meal alone when I also paid for three others, I expected my fries to at least be given to me in their cups. When I spoke to whomever was in charge, she was extremely rude and I asked her if she saw anything wrong with what was inside the bag. She said no, and I proceeded to tell her of the complaints. She just stared at me like I was crazy and didn’t offer an apology or to get me new fries so I asked for a refund. During this transaction she didn’t make eye contact with me or speak to me the entire time but she sure did mumble stuff under her breath. It’s evident the staff had no pride in their jobs. I won’t be coming back.
