Hibachi K Express

The yum yum sauce is on the slightly thicker side, quality, not runny like other places. The yum yum sauce cups are big and plentiful. The chicken hibachi dish is delicious. Chicken seasoned nicely. Vegetables cooked well, rice cooked well. 10 out of 10 for me. The prices are reasonable too!

Ordered food online got there they didn’t have my order. It was already paid for through GrubHub. They informed me they don’t get their GrubHub orders cause they’re inactive with them yet. I placed an order then argued with me. I gave up called GrubHub. Got my money back.

This restaurant has very good sushi. I'm salmon lover and I love their salmon quality. It's very fresh and tasty which is much better than the sushi restaurant beside it (iPho & sushi which is suck quality, super stinky and spoiled taste)...

First time customer and will not be back. While waiting on our food we saw 2 roaches crawling on the floor. I went and checked the reviews and seen someone post that they had a bug in their food. I was instantly concerned and no longer wanted my food. The manager tried to still give me the food and stated they have issues. He said they come from outside and next door. It’s a nail salon and chiropractor place beside this restaurant! I’m sure they don’t have roaches. ? The workers kept whispering while we were waiting and seen me take a pic and started whispering even more. I’m disappointed and will not be coming back.

This place has definitely fell off big time since its start and it gets worse every time. The price has almost doubled and they give you less and less. The quality of the food has declined as well.

Has turned into absolute garbage. Food has gone from amazing, to tasteless, to now nothing but black pepper. Yum yum sauce taste like straight cheap spoiled mayo. Sushi may still be ok, but stay far away from any of the non-sushi.

May as well go somewhere nicer for the price. NO BOGO on Thursday thru Sunday and they charge you a 3% fee on your order to pay by credit card!

Was my 2nd and last time ordering from this place. Had hibachi steak and shrimp and chicken and shrimp and when i got home I found out a long hair on the food??

Customer service sucks!! For the money, go somewhere else! I asked about BOGO over the phone and was told today Wednesday is BOGO. I place my order and was told 10 mins. I show up and he never took the ticket off the pad so the food was not made. No apology or anything. I wait and then told 32 for sushi and then he shows me the menu and says the sexy girl and crunchy roll can’t be BOGO .. I paid because I was already 30 mins invested. I’ve been to this place 5 times in 2 weeks but won’t be back! And I’ve ordered 2 sexy rolls and got BOGO so confused by that!! It’s a shame cause the food isn’t horrible but I’ve had better sushi and better service other places!
