My parents and I had the most wonderful experience here today! The waiter Joshua was so sweet and friendly. He was a delight to chat to, and his service was very excellent. Joshua’s service was the best service I’ve ever had! He made us feel welcome and we had a very positive experience eating here. He is so polite! We will definitely return sometime in the future. The food is really delicious too! I recommend the hash browns and the pumpkin spice pancakes.

I really enjoyed my meal today. The hostess greeted me with a warm welcome. Then I had outstanding service by Mark and even the staff are very nice. I enjoyed my food and it was served in a timely manner. Very pleased with my experience.

My husband and I sat there for 35 mins with no drinks as our very slow server Joshua looked completely lost. We ended up walking out and we will not be coming back

Don’t get the T-bone steak, the worst decision ever, it took almost and hour to get my order, and it wasn’t right, the waitress click the 22% to the tab, I have to ask how to change it. Their omelettes are good 😊

We've been here multiple times with no problem but never as early as today. Our waiter was NOT friendly at all. She made all of us extremely uncomfortable as she just stared, looking annoyed. Usually when ordering the waiter would say something to let you know their ready to take your drink or food order but she just came, clicked on her tablet and stared at it, giving no indication of being ready. She even shook her head like we did something wrong. When she brought our drinks she just held it in the air saying nothing. We grabbed our drinks and she took our food order which was just as uncomfortable so finally we asked for another server. As we were explaining to the manager the problem, he rudely says something along the lines of "it's weird to answer?" No, it wouldn't be weird if she asked us anything instead of just looking annoyed expecting us to know when shes ready. Nobody wants to feel annoying , especially when we're trying not to overwhelm servers with our orders since we were a big party. We did eventually get a server who was great and checked up on us multiple times but the manager and servers attitude was very unprofessional.

I realized after visiting this IHOP a second time why I never wanted to come here again. The Sunday we visited right after our morning church service this entire restaurant was not serving coffee creamer and only had to-go sauce containers filled with 2% milk. The flavor of the Denver omelet was actually the worst omelet I’ve ever eaten, overcooked, with roast beef that engrossed the entire inside of the omelet with hardly any Sausage or ham. The previous time I had been there I had forgotten that I witnessed an employee use the bathroom and not wash her hands. So gross! Not returning here if I can avoid it at all costs.

Took my daughter in law and one two other people to breakfast.The ham wasn't the same size as in the picture. I was a little disappointed.I was told that I could order another piece, but I didn't want my bill to be too high.My daughter found a strand of hair in her steak at first the manager said that no one there had that texture of hair.I advised him to check with the company that he ordered it from. So I said what I said to him and he had the staff to make her another one .I didn't appreciate the time it took him to disagree with my daughter. I was the payee, so I communicated that with him.I wasn't going to pay for hair in her food.I understand that food is handled by different distributors however its never a good idea to challenge a customer. Not to mention, my daughter in law is a lawyer, and it was her birthday . She chose this establishment to eat her breakfast at.Side note, you never know who you eat at your business, so it will be wise to act accordingly, hence forth.

One of the worst locations that I have been too. It took twice as long as I was told to be seated. The eggs in my omelette tasted weird. Had to wait about 15 mins for a refill on my lemonade. My server was as good as she could be considering they are short staffed on a holiday and management isn’t stepping in to help. I’ll more than likely never stop here again

The restaurant was empty and it took more than 30 minutes to get our food (all breakfast items). I order sausage gravy on a biscuit and it contained zero sausage. I also ordered my eggs over hard and they came out scrambled. Service was hit or miss, signs says to pay at your seat, so we waited, but we actually needed to pay at the register. It would've been nice to have the server tell us that when dropping off the check.
Overall the experience was not enjoyable.
