I tried to give this business the benefit of the doubt by trying to resolve the issue with my order on more than one occasion. Back on Nov I placed an order online for pick up and they literally got it all wrong. I contacted their customer service with no response and called the store several times to talk to the manager who to this day STILL has not contacted me back. They did not follow the directions for ingredients I am allergic too and did not realize it till I had already taken several bites. Lucky I had my medicine readily available. This is dangerous when it comes to food. Please be careful when placing orders with this store.

I never eat here normally. But I had a gift card that was given to me by a supplier and Lowe’s did not activate it. The guys there were extremely kind and helpful in making up for the inconvenience. Customer service goes a long way and I will come back as a result of the guys who work here!

I had a wonderful experience at this knightdale nc location. I had a work event and ordered a bunch of food. A young man named Jayden (spelling?) helped me from beginning to end and was delightful and helpful. There was an error which resulted in all of the toppings being put on the side and not on the sandwiches. Apologies all around. But Jayden thought quickly and got me tongs. My team LOVED it. Everyone raved about the sandwich bar! I am impressed with this team. Great job everyone!

So arrived to pickup a donated order. It was not ready. Once the assistant Mgr called to confirm the order, he jumped right on it. He was so apologetic and super friendly. He got it done all while helping with the numerous customers coming in. Thanks Jayden for the donation to a community event and your assistant (Ben, I may have his name wrong) but he was definitely the rock star of the day. Will definitely eat there when in the area.
