Went to this store in Knightdale had to ask both the meat slicer and cashier to wash their hands the manager just whistles and like he was ok with them not washing their hands yeah the daytime on Thursday won't be back dirty hands

Told the gentleman my order when I told him it was being made wrong he said it wasn’t my sandwich and when I received my sandwich it was wrong !! Can’t be that hard to make a 26 plain with extra chicken and cheese add oregano

Went in to get me a sandwich around 10:35 AM stepped in the store girl sitting on the counter unprofessional attitude the tomatoes look withered the lettuce look freezer burnt the floors look dirty and to top it off. It was hair on the cutting board were they served the sandwich. This place is very disgusting and the younger adults that work in it are very rude and disrespectful.😡😳😳

My daughter always makes me come to this location for her order the # 7 foot long and all the toppings on the side . The two ladies at the counter they are always friendly and polite and will go far and beyond for an excellent service . Jas and Bre they are exceptional they always have a smile on their face and will greet and makes sure you have a great experience at this location.

I ordered a Kahuna steak giant with extra cheese. The entire sub was poorly made. There was tons of cheese with hardly any meat. I have been a Jersey Mikes customer for at least 10 yrs and the meat that was given was less than what's on the regular size sub. For $21.00 that is unacceptable. Unfortunately it was a wet salad with steak topping in a huge bun. Which as I said if I had to write a review it would be a zero. I reached out to customer support, all they said was sorry. But we still got your money! 🤣welp Jersey Mike Strike begins until further notice.

Open sign is off at 7pm when they close at 9pm.

No clear signage where to order so I walked up to the glass where they are making sandwiches and was just given looks by everybody working for 5 minutes. Some people were busy but some were not and could’ve helped out.

I then asked if I can order and they told me to move down to the slicer where nothing happened for another 5 minutes, no “I’ll be with you’s” or anything. just the guy behind the counter standing there working on mobile orders.

I felt awkward and ignored trying to place an order here so I just left.

Food is good but customer service needs work, and the store needs signage bc ordering behind the giant slicer doesn’t seem natural.

When I arrived they were completing my order noticed they were fixing my sons Turkey, Cheese LTM toasted, reminded the person to toast it she wiped off the mayo and put it on the grill, had her use fresh bread and then used Rosemary bread after correcting that she looked at the ticket admitted she was wrong that’s good. I ordered #5 when I got home it was only ham & cheese. Went to call no answer than the phone went to busy, I’ll never go back there.

The location is in a very bad location. The parking lot area isn’t meant for large vehicles evidently. After finally parking my SUB, we walked into a strange small shape establishment. To order food was weird. The employees didn’t hardly have elbow room. The man cutting meat took the orders while 5 other employees standing and looking at us. The cook was talking to another employee while cooking our food. She wiped her nose two times. I said she needs to wash her hands and the man cutting the meat also told her. She stated I’m not touching the food and didn’t move. I kept my eye on her that she didn’t. Bad experience totally and I will never go there again. Disappointed. Little Ceasars has a lot of traffic.

Slowest meal service EVER! I told the cashier my sandwich was behind her and she told me it wasn’t just for 10 minutes later SUPRISE surprise it was my sandwich! Not to mention this store has a HORRIBLE sewage smell . I’ll stick to Wendell falls oh yea when I did get home my sandwich was so burnt I couldn’t even finish it

Went there to get my daughter some lunch for school tomorrow and they gave her the wrong sandwich now she has no lunch for tomorrow cause she doesn’t like turkey subs and I have to get her something else 🤬🤬🤬
