Sat at the drive up for a long time before anyone acknowledged we were waiting to order, we asked for X crispy for one of the orders but we were told they did not have enough. They did not offer for us to wait for it to be made fresh. Cashier was rude. When we got home with our meals they were lukewarm warm at best, biscuits were soggy, so were potatoes wedges. Mash potatoes had no gravy and one of the pieces of chicken had no skin on it. I was charged MORE for the meals than the listed menu price!! Menu said 11.49 per meal I was charged 12.19 per meal. Very disappointing will NOT be back!!

Pulled up to the drive through and the wait was not long but what gives them 1 star is the lady comes on the intercom and says KFC and nothing else like ok KFC. What ? are you ready to take my order ? are you acknowledging that you know I'm in line what ?? Cause that was not the proper way to address someone at the drive through . I ended up driving off because I didn't know what she wanted I was waiting for her to say can I take your order or order when ready never said nothing . I asked are you ready because all you said was KFC . DEFINITELY wasn't putting in a order after that 😒 🙄 can't trust ppl with your food these days after you ask them a question and they get an attitude with you like yeah go ahead then 🤦🏾‍♀️

They ran out of chicken on an online order. Someone at the window and then on the phone later said it was cancelled. A week later no refund and my wife went their to inquire. No one could help her and the manager was running late. Kfc online said someone would reach out to me and no one did. Having to contact. So they make a mistake and so far 4 different people have said they would fix the problem and no one has. They just hope you give up.

Stop by today after work to pick up dinner for the family, i ordered a twelve piece chicken dinner and I was told that they could not serve us because they ran out of chicken. That makes no sense smh

I walked in young man leaning over the counter talking on the phone he finally look up and say can I help you I said hi yes I would like a two piece snack he said so let me get this right two piece no side or biscuit I said just a two piece snack please he said under his breath oh well and mumbling I said that’s on you have a bad day I will go he said ok have a good day Luke he don’t care about his job now I see why the parking lot so empty and with this 3.1 review seem like they would be nicer well thanks Quincy for the rude service I won’t be back and I used to do lunch here for my shop not again

I had tried KFC in Puerto Rico which I thought it was the best one. I can say now that here as good or better than in PR. The fries, unless for one time, are usually fresh.

Went through the drive-through and asked for a famous bowl didn’t get a response so I thought might be putting the order in, so I asked for a large combo with fries and a Pepsi. older gentleman darker skin starts yelling at me. Why are you saying? I repeated combo with large fry and Pepsi starts yelling at me “all you’re saying is large combo, What do you want?”. So I asked if the bowl doesn’t come with a fries and drink he said that’s a number 16 $7.99 pull forward all loud and angry. After all that no fries and gave me a MEDIUM drink after he’s heard and said large 4 times. VERY RUDE AND ATTITUDE. See why only barely a 3 star

Never coming back to this location. They were not even using gloves for ANYTHING. Neither the person who was packing up the order or the one cooking, none of them were using gloves. The kitchen conditions were not appropriate. It looked extremely gross. I was able to see the floor with mud, Also, they took FOREVER to give me a side of mashed potatoes and fries. Overall one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had on a KFC. I wish I’ve knew all this before placing my order.

The chicken was not cooked on the inside only on the outside. It was horrible, we could not eat it. Called and they said bring it back, well I’m not wasting my time taking it back I just will never patronize that place again ever.

I ordered a 12 piece family bucket online the other day. When I got there, one of my sides was missing, but they replaced it. When I got home, someone noticed that they gave me a 8 piece instead of 12. If you order from this location, please make sure to check absolutely everything. I didn't think anyone would miss putting four whole pieces of chicken in a bucket. It was too late to return, so I got robbed of my money. Other than that, the workers weren't rude and it looked clean inside.
