The staff are soooo friendly even they were so busy and under a lot of pressure they managed to make my food as perfect as I wish, they estimated a short time for my food and the estimation was accurate, I would like to thank Shakima, she was multi tasking between the drive, delivering the food to delivery drivers and taking my order from in store purchase. The smile didn’t leave her face.

They use old oil, and chicken from the day before. There is no way that one buys chicken at 11:30 am and the chicken is dark. As a cook, I know that is from old oil. I don't believe they change the oil. They keep adding new oil to the old.

The only reason I am leaving this review is because after a long days work Rebeca was extremely nice. I just moved to the area and stopped to get the kiddos and I some food. I did have to wait a while which was fine but when they forgot the sauce that’s when I had to go back. Rebeca was very nice about that and my other missing item. However her boss was not very nice to her and was trying to make it seem like she was making a mistake. We even showed him the receipt. Either way she got me my items and was so pleasant about it. I just had to shout her out. Thank you for being so kind when it really meant the most. You rock!!! 🤗🥳

Kentucky Fried Chicken in Wendell NC...the chicken nuggets spicy was in a container that seemed to be kept warm overnight! The chicken was tough, rubbery, and mostly inedible! Will NEVER go back! $6.48 wasted!
