Absolutely terrible experience at this KFC every single time I’ve given it a chance. If I could give 0 stars, I would.
The service is extremely slow on multiple occasions, even when the restaurant isn’t busy. The staff have terrible attitudes, act like you’re an inconvenience, and are even rude to each other right in front of customers. More than once, they’ve intentionally changed my order based on what they have available without telling me, so I only find out when I get home and open the bag. On top of that, my orders are frequently missing items, which is beyond frustrating.
The store is dirty, the lobby is messy, and the bathrooms are gross and clearly not cleaned regularly. The whole place feels disorganized—no one seems to know what they’re doing, and nobody seems to care.
I’m done giving this location chances. Save yourself the headache and go literally anywhere else.

I went there for the honey bbq chicken. I also saw they had gizzards and liver, so I wanted to try that too. I order gizzards but quickly realized I ordered the wrong ones bc I don’t like the crunchy texture. I went back and asked if I could changed them to liver and they were very understanding. They made me fresh liver and it was AMAZING! I haven’t had fried liver that tasted that great in a while. I really appreciate the manager and staff there and I definitely recommend coming to this location for fresh food, quick service, and a friendly atmosphere. Top tier kfc location!

This has to be the Worse KFC is business. There is a list of things I can complain about but most importantly waited about 30 minutes for drive through food and no one had urgency to get the food out sad situation 😢
I tried to call this ocation and notify them they might want to change out their fryeroil or check their fry bags because my wife bit into a piece of asphalt with rock and tar attached to a fry. I wasn't going to make a big deal out of it but they do not like to pick up the phone.

They charged me $2.29 for a cup of water for my 8 year old daughter also waited 17 minutes for my order during mid-day on a weekday. No wonder this place is dead and low traffic. Despite receiving soft rather than crispy, undercooked chicken with blood in it, my love for KFC has driven me to visit three times to get it right. However, the results have been consistently disappointing. Customers will not return for a second visit unless they replace the chef or improve management to enforce proper cooking standards.
