My fiancé and i have not been in a Krispy Kreme before so we wanted to experience it, the lobby was closed for an undisclosed reason. We went around the drive thru there is no one there not a single customer, we were looking at the menu and wanted a dozen, the guy asked what we wanted we figured we wanted 6 regular glazed and were trying to figure out the rest but this man told us the total will be at the window and to keep moving so I said but we also would like two of the holiday donuts and he said ok total will be at the window, we were very rushed and were not able to get a full dozen donuts because this man was rushing us and sounded angry at life. Needless to say I will now be returning to this Krispy Kreme at least.

I'd rather drive 8 Miles downtown I can get it faster there's always some shyt going on up here I've been in the Drive-Thru Lane for 23 minutes and it's one of those trapped ones where you can't get out. I have never come here and there's not been a problem that's why I don't come here instead hey I wanted a hot glazed donut and the irony is by the time I get to the window they won't be hot anymore I'm from Winston-Salem home of the very first one you don't make the brand proud

This location claims that it doesn’t close until 11pm. We pulled up at 10pm, all the lights were off except the Open sign. We went through the drive thru, only to be told that there were no donuts left for the day. It appeared that it was Friday night, they cleaned the machines and decided that they weren’t making any more donuts. So then we go back through the drive thru this morning, order donuts and when we get to the window to pay, I ask for an ice water for my seven year old. The cashier responds “We’re out of water.” How? So in less than 12 hours, y’all are out of donuts AND water? Ok. If you must have Krispy Kreme, take the extra twenty minutes and go to Wake Forest. Money is too hard to come by to spend at an establishment where the costumer service is this horrendous. If you don’t want to work, just say that.

Rude customer service. I ordered online. I pulled up to up to the speaker where a car was in front of me. Before I even got to the speaker the girl was rushing me to order. I said ma'am there's a car in front of me. After I told her I had a online order I pulled to the window. Before I could even get a word out she hands me my bag and closed the window in my face. I get having to hurry but that was so rude. I didn't even get to ask for napkins that she didn't include in my order. I work in customer service and have worked in fast food. That was ridiculous how she did. They need better training in drive thru on how to treat customers.

Went today to get some good old kk donuts for work... got a box of glaze and a box barbie. They were out of most of the barbie dounts, I said no worries just mix assortments please. Got to work. How about the mix barbie was 3 barbie and the rest were glaze.... ... that is not mix assortment. Just won't go back... disappointed..very disappointing !!!!!! $44.00 MIND you !!!!!
